This hotel is simply outstanding. The staff members are incredibly helpful, and their motto seems to be solely focused on ensuring your satisfaction. They respond to every request with a cheerful "Of course!" The hotel grounds are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool is beautiful and impressive. The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Boulos for his kindness and great service. Each à la carte restaurant offered not only delicious dishes but also beautifully presented plates — a real culinary experience that made every meal special. The resort itself is stunning: the sandy beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming, and the pools are spacious, well-maintained, and great for both adults and kids. Everything about the property reflects care, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests. I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

Wow! What an unforgettable experience at SERRY Beach Hotel. This stunning hotel offers a breathtaking view of the Red Sea, with excellent staff and exceptional hospitality throughout my entire stay. Down to the little details. I left feeling deeply impressed, relaxed, and already excited to return. Be sure to book a diving adventure with their Divebase Academy. I had an incredible time with the professional and friendly instructors aboard their Princess Nada boat. Highly recommended!

We experienced personalised customer service. In a place so big, the owner took the time to connect with us and being super hospitable and helpful. 5 stars customer service! The rooms are spacious and clean with kettle and fridge. The hotel is quiet and the beds are super duper comfy. The breakfast is delicious.

The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya...

The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

Port Ghalib is worth a visit, outside of the AI Hotels. Nice bars, good restaurants and friendly people. On Saturdays there is now a Cruiseship visiting Port Ghalib, hopefully the effects on the reef etc. will be not too negative.

I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea...

I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. I will be leaving my review on our experience separately (as it warrants a whole story on its own :))

Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing.

Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing. You can swim anywhere. No so much facilities ( food places, supermarkets,..) and pharmacies located around hotels. Weather is hot, limited gas stations and road is not preferable to be taken at night.

The sea was beautiful.

The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

Very nice and friendly locals!

Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. Prices are generally very low, not adjusted for tourists (except at nearby hotels). We found only a few restaurants, but many fastfood places.

One of the absolute highlights was El Gouna — a completely different world within the region. Modern, elegant, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm, it truly stands out as a must-visit spot for anyone traveling to Hurghada. For those seeking an authentic local experience, the Old Town provides a more traditional atmosphere. The market area can feel a bit chaotic and crowded at times, which may not suit every traveler, but it certainly offers a glimpse into the local culture for those who enjoy exploring and bargaining. The sea and diving scene in Hurghada were exceptional. With its crystal-clear waters and colorful marine life, it offers unforgettable underwater experiences — a true paradise for snorkelers and divers. We also joined a desert safari tour, where the ATV and UTV rides were exciting and well worth doing, especially for adventure lovers. However, the Bedouin village visit and the extended safari portion felt a bit tiring and may not be ideal for everyone, depending on personal preference. Overall, Hurghada delivers a rich mix of sea, sun, activities, and cultural exploration. Whether for diving, relaxation, or discovering unique corners like El Gouna, it’s a destination that offers a memorable and well-rounded experience.

"I did not leave the grounds of the Iberotel Costa Marès. There are already so many wonderful things to do like snorkeling, diving, massages and especially the many activities offered by Captain Mahmoud's extraordinary team and the high quality shows performed in the evening. All the staff are adorable, attentive, attentive both on the beach and by the pool as well as in the various restaurants, not to mention the maintenance staff and gardeners, the cooks, the waiters (mention special for Ahzem from the main restaurant, Abd Allah at the pool restaurant, Mostafa who is part of Mahmoud's team, Hod Hod on the beach and many others of whom I don't really know the spelling of their first name. are all very courageous, with a sense of humor and kindness like I have rarely seen. Everything is put in place so that you only want to do one thing... come back as quickly as possible."
