Very good hotel, I enjoyed alot during my stay (my honeymoon) and I highly recommend for others. Very good hospitality, enthusiastic staff, very good room services. I enjoyed alot with daily night shows. I liked all entertainment team (Hamza, Bibo, Ali, Suzi). I liked the food and helpful waiters at the main restaurant (esp. Alaa).

A special thanks to Mina at the reception, who is incredibly kind, always ready to help, creates a family-like atmosphere, and coordinates everything in the hotel flawlessly. I also want to highlight Yasser from housekeeping, who made my days extra special with personalized touches and beautifully decorated beds – such attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. We loved every single part of our stay. The staff was amazing everywhere, in the reception, at the pool, restaurants everywhere but especially the lady in the reception Massaouda, she made sure we were allright all the time! She was the best to us. Such a beautiful clean hotel with so much variety of food. I am a pescatarian so even for me there was plenty of food the whole day. We would definitely come back in the future. Thanks to every person in the hotel who made our stay special!

The first night we came to the hotel, we were not welcomed properly, but the next day, the human resources manager vahit bey took care of our problem and immediately gave us a nice room, the rooms were cleaned very well, the rooms were cleaned regularly every day, the food was very tasty in the restaurant section and the restaurant staff were very friendly, we would like to thank Hamit and Mahmut for taking care of us, the view of the hotel is magnificent and also the seaside is wonderful, the activities were very friendly, we definitely recommend Mustafa for those who will do activities, under normal conditions, our departure from the hotel was 2 pm, but the human resources manager vahit bey gave us the option until 5 pm:We are happy with everything, the hotel was magnificent, but if you want to watch animation, etc., they are very weak in this regard. We would also like to thank booking for the hotel they recommended to us, we were very satisfied with the hotel, everyone who will come can choose this place without hesitation.

I'll start with attentive managers 🌷 Thank them for the comfortable arrival and exit from the hotel. The hotel has logical architecture, the territory is large, but all objects are at the same time close, a very picturesque beach with an amazing pier. Heated pools and water park 🥰 Parents are convenient to monitor the children on the water, because everything is perfectly located. Rescuers on the pools do not take their eyes off children, this makes it relaxing to mom👌🏻 Family rooms are incredibly comfortable, a lot of space, a two -tier safe bed for children 🙏 Everything is perfectly clean. The territory is very green and flowering, corresponds to the name is a hotel-garden. The animators are not tired, find an approach to each guest. And thanks to the cooks for high -quality and elegant food🙏

Attention to details, guests were made feel at home by the caring staff which was extraordinary focused to serve customers. Really a big thank you to the fantastic Oberoi staff! We really felt cared for by everyone. They even prepared special food for our ten months old baby. The manager came to check on us regularly and everyone made us feel at home. Also the quiet, beautiful Nubian style wide spread out property was wonderful. We valued having privacy on the beach, no hassle and pure relaxation in a calming atmosphere. Rare to find such places like the Oberoi around Hurghada that is packed with mostly massive all inclusive loud animation tourist hubs. Def will stay again at the Oberoi when visiting Hurghada! We already look forward to it ☺️!!

The resort is huge, has everything you need for an amazing holiday. The food is delicious and always fresh, all areas are very clean and the bedrooms have a fantastic view to the pool and the sea. The animation never stops throughout the day, and the night shows in the resort’s own amphitheater are spectacular, different every night. With the 2 private beaches and water park it makes Seagull resort the best choice to stay in Hurghada. Thanks to all the staff for being so helpful and going above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful holiday! Will definitely come back!!

The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya...

The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

Port Ghalib is worth a visit, outside of the AI Hotels. Nice bars, good restaurants and friendly people. On Saturdays there is now a Cruiseship visiting Port Ghalib, hopefully the effects on the reef etc. will be not too negative.

I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. I will be leaving my review on our experience separately (as it warrants a whole story on its own :))

Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing.

Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing. You can swim anywhere. No so much facilities ( food places, supermarkets,..) and pharmacies located around hotels. Weather is hot, limited gas stations and road is not preferable to be taken at night.

The sea was beautiful.

The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

Very nice and friendly locals!

Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. Prices are generally very low, not adjusted for tourists (except at nearby hotels). We found only a few restaurants, but many fastfood places.

One of the absolute highlights was El Gouna — a completely different world within the region. Modern, elegant, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm, it truly stands out as a must-visit spot for anyone traveling to Hurghada. For those seeking an authentic local experience, the Old Town provides a more traditional atmosphere. The market area can feel a bit chaotic and crowded at times, which may not suit every traveler, but it certainly offers a glimpse into the local culture for those who enjoy exploring and bargaining. The sea and diving scene in Hurghada were exceptional. With its crystal-clear waters and colorful marine life, it offers unforgettable underwater experiences — a true paradise for snorkelers and divers. We also joined a desert safari tour, where the ATV and UTV rides were exciting and well worth doing, especially for adventure lovers. However, the Bedouin village visit and the extended safari portion felt a bit tiring and may not be ideal for everyone, depending on personal preference. Overall, Hurghada delivers a rich mix of sea, sun, activities, and cultural exploration. Whether for diving, relaxation, or discovering unique corners like El Gouna, it’s a destination that offers a memorable and well-rounded experience.

"I did not leave the grounds of the Iberotel Costa Marès. There are already so many wonderful things to do like snorkeling, diving, massages and especially the many activities offered by Captain Mahmoud's extraordinary team and the high quality shows performed in the evening. All the staff are adorable, attentive, attentive both on the beach and by the pool as well as in the various restaurants, not to mention the maintenance staff and gardeners, the cooks, the waiters (mention special for Ahzem from the main restaurant, Abd Allah at the pool restaurant, Mostafa who is part of Mahmoud's team, Hod Hod on the beach and many others of whom I don't really know the spelling of their first name. are all very courageous, with a sense of humor and kindness like I have rarely seen. Everything is put in place so that you only want to do one thing... come back as quickly as possible."
