Everything went well. The room was very comfortable, the mini-bar was well-stocked, and the food was excellent. The hotel was very beautiful and very spacious, and the halls and lobbies were huge, with plenty of greenery. The room was very quiet (and this is something that I found to be extremely rare, even in luxury hotels). I think this is the best hotel I have ever been to.

The room was very quiet and nice. The hotel has everywhere diffusers so it smells very good in the hallways. The staff were super nice. Especially Mr. Rezk who explained everything during our stay and Chef Hamy handi who cooked a nice asian meal for us. We can recommend this hotel 100%

The hotel and the room look very clean. The room has everything you need, including a kettle, some drinking water, coffee and tea. The lobby was nicely decorated on Christmas. The staff is exceptionally friendly. There is a good restaurant inside the hotel, some shops and cafes around. I was surprised that this 4* hotel is much much better than some 5* in Cairo we visited before.
