Human size hotel with nice and reactive staff. My room was big and clean. I also had a kitchen. The free on demand airport shuttle was very convenient and fast . The hotel is both downtown and conveniently located close to the airport. Buffet breakfast was varied but could be more tasty.

The breakfast had a wide range of authentic Ethiopian food and fruits. I enjoyed it thoroughly. The coffee was wonderful. The receptionists can speak sufficient English and are very helpful in guiding you on the nearby amenities eg. supermarket, and calling taxis. The receptionist called Wisdom was very helpful! The airport shuttles are clean and keep time.

Look no futher! This place is incredible! The Hub hotel quickly became my Hub Family! All members of the staff were incredibly kind, sweet and geniune! It felt like home! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the chefs were really accommodating to my needs (as a plant-based vegan). Ask and you shall recieve. The room was top notch with soft, clean bedding and if I ever needed something extra it was provided quickly after a call to the reception. I highly recommened this place! Both to couples and solo travelers. A special thank you to Mekdelawit for her sweet, kind and radiant presence and proffesional approach that was always done with a smile! Thank you everyone! I really look forward to coming back and seeing you all again!

The stuff was amazing the free breakfast with the fresh omelette ooh. I am all hot fresh food. Freshly juiced drinks. The hotel is not new but the house keeping ladies doing great job, on top of that the free van to the airport is very convenient and straight forward. Addis Ababa has a lot to offer to anyone traveling to Ethiopia. I was able to patronize several top notch restaurants and really enjoyed myself. I came in contact with some very professional people providing various services from parks, ride drivers, hotel staff, security, and more that represent Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Bole very well. I was able to rest, relax, unwind, and Addis Ababa helped me enjoy my vacation time off from work. Looking forward to my next trip.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far. Located a little southwest of Addis Ababa, the area is incredibly safe and well-maintained. The transportation is also convenient, with easy access to public transit and major roads. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to stay here during my visit and would highly recommend this neighbourhood to others.

This is best visited with a guide .

This is best visited with a guide . Our guide took us to Signum Vitae ... a non-governmental organization dedicated to rehabilitating and improving the lives of disabled people . It is wonderful to see how they make eye-glasses in the facility they have . We also visited the Sabahar fabric workshop ... in a great , peaceful location with lots of trees and flowers . They make [ and sell ] gorgeous things from hand-woven and hand-dyed materials. We visited " Lucy " in the National Museum , and saw the palatial residence of Ethiopia's former emperor Heile Selassie in the Ethnological Museum . The coffee in Ethiopia is excellent !
