People are so kind and helpful, making you feel welcome and at home! You have everything you need. I liked the gym, if is well equipped. Very nice breakfast, bar and helpful front desk at all times. They provide a free shuttle to airport which is so easy and convenient. Definitely will come back!

The staff was very wellcoming and friendly from the front desk,managers and assistants all the restaurant employees and the house keeping they were outstanding employees very accommodating after I checked out I have to come back and stay in IVY hotel for 9 days and again I extended it for another 5 days till I fly back to Canada I absolutely recomend for any visitor to check it out the Rooms are very clean and full of space I am very happy with the location as it is in the center of the city. I would rate them *10 out 10*

All staff are friendly, do not serve for tips, remember your needs and follow up to confirm your needs. No matter how late it is, someone will wait for you and call you a car. I have simple document printing needs that the hotel will handle for me. In particular, the front desk, Gashaw Asfaw, provided very friendly service during my stay. Merkebu Mebrat was gentle with my luggage and took it to my car across the road. If I came to Ethiopia again, I would choose this place again.

Excellent recreational facility; gym, spar, and all htel staff very welcoming and hospitable (reception, cleaners, restaurant, gym coaches, hotel shops, security) I'll certainly like to come.back for rest and refreshment, Harmony gave me.a wonderful impression of Addis , as first-time visitor to the city. I saw an award certificate somewhere that Harmony was first hotel to receive recognition for hospitality, I fully agree it's a well deserved award!

Clean, good location, nice staff. Good customer service,room cleaning everyday. Breakfast was good. Good variety of food, waiters service excellent. Shuttle service very quickly. I forgot my suite case at the Airport and Driver help me a lot to pickup then I forget my backpack during departure, I called the hotel and Driver brought it back to me @the Airport right away. I will recommend this to my friends and social media contacts.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They helped us to store luggage for a few days while we were exploring Ethiopia. Made breakfast before scheduled time and we were picked up for the airport. Room has everything you need. Long service hours for room service is a big plus as well :)

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far. Located a little southwest of Addis Ababa, the area is incredibly safe and well-maintained. The transportation is also convenient, with easy access to public transit and major roads. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to stay here during my visit and would highly recommend this neighbourhood to others.

This is best visited with a guide . Our guide took us to Signum Vitae ... a non-governmental organization dedicated to rehabilitating and improving the lives of disabled people . It is wonderful to see how they make eye-glasses in the facility they have . We also visited the Sabahar fabric workshop ... in a great , peaceful location with lots of trees and flowers . They make [ and sell ] gorgeous things from hand-woven and hand-dyed materials. We visited " Lucy " in the National Museum , and saw the palatial residence of Ethiopia's former emperor Heile Selassie in the Ethnological Museum . The coffee in Ethiopia is excellent !

Be prepared for lots of holes in the sidewalks , and people begging/soliciting . We always felt slightly uneasy when going for a walk , and the many construction sites have you walking in the street with seemingly inconsiderate drivers . We spent more time in the hotel because walking around wasn't enjoyable .
