We had the most wonderful two days at Reindeer Manor. We arrived when it was already dark outside. The manor itself looked very beautiful with all the lights on. We felt the special atmosphere of this place first thing we left our car. Once inside, a very nice lady welcomed us. We took a seat next to the fireplace and got two very tasty welcome drinks. While we sat there, the nice lady told us all about the place. What a perfect & warm start to our vacation! Next, we made our way to our personal hut. We went in and were stunned. The place is just magical. The lighting inside is perfect, all the decoration and furniture are so cozy & nice looking. The view from the bed is stunning. We felt right at home the minute we set foot into it. Once unpacked our stuff, we slipped into our bathing suites & bath robes and made our way to our personal jacuzzi outside the hut. The jacuzzi was top notch, totally clean, very warm, easy to configure and had beautiful lights. Not to forget the stunning view from it. The food is served in the manor itself. When you sit down, you have a look directly into the reindeer shelter. It’s so nice to eat there and watch these beautiful animals. Inside it’s very cozy, nice decoration and furniture, and of course the beautiful fire place. Breakfast was way above standard, so delicious, half buffet half menu. For dinner, we had a 3 courses menu, it was soooo good! We enjoyed it very much, it’s a perfect fine dining experience. The service was throughout excellent. The stuff is very very friendly and highly skilled. The nice lady who welcomed us at the beginning of our stay even helped us organize some of our activities outside the manor. For us, it was one of the best two days and nights we ever experienced in our life’s. We saw the northern lights every night, either from our whirlpool or from our cozy bed inside. We will never forget this magical experience and want to thank the whole team for making our stay so special :-)!

Staff were cordial, breakfast was very diverse and filling, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the inclusion of a sauna in the room. There were free washers and dryers in the hotel which we thought was great. Location wise it was perfect for us, the airport bus dropped us off. It was a short walk to the bus stop to go to Rovaniemi as well as the main shopping area in Levi, and nice and near the lake for some great northern lights viewing.

Too many to be named. The reception staff is extremely professional and helpful. They provide a lot of useful information about the area and they even help me to resolve my transport problem after my stay. The apartment itself is extremely spacious, well designed, cozy and beautiful. The private sauna is very good and the toilet is always warm somehow. 5/5.

We stayed in a deluxe suite and the room was spacious and nicely decorated and we had a lovely balcony on the afternoon sun side. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and has a great service attitude. Special thanks to Helena and Lukas who made our stay most pleasant.

Wonderful apartment, the smallest as it was told me by the receptionist, but very confortable. It has a fully furnished kitchen (with dish washer machine, oven, fridge), two single beds, bathroom. You can have also sauna for free.

Our family enjoyed very much stsying in this well equipped apartment in a good location. The apartment has a spacious living room / kitchen, sauna and big enough bedrooms. Apartment was very clean.

Perfectly located in the heart of town. Easy walking distance to all activities! Breakfast was delightful and a huge array. Room is very modern and spacious. Facilities are top class!

Good breakfast. We tried the surprise menu for dinner and couldnt proceed with the mains - the restaurant staff were kind enough to propose another main. Very thoughtful all along.

Very unique and unforgettable experience living in cabin for three nights.it might not be a perfect and modern place to stay, but definitely worth to choose!
