Everything. Le Barn is simply the best child-friendly place we have ever visited. Yet, it is also the most adult-friendly place too. There are lots of activities for kids, nature-inspired, the breakfast and overall the food at the restaurant is amazing. The 16+ spa area is wonderful and tranquil. The ayurverdic massage is a must. Le Barn shares the estate with the horseback riding school La Cense, and that in itself is fantastic - there are 6 ponies that the smaller children can take for a walk but also lessons, etc. The hotel organizes lots of events - mini olympics, archery, after lunch walks in the forest, fishing, etc. There are numerous bike trails too. We brought our own bikes but the hotel had Woom Bikes of every size + electric cargo bikes and other adult bikes too. There is a community room for children to play, watch a movie and eat their dinner on a looong table full of kids (babysitter is watching them). I can go on and on :) But we will be happy to come back one day.

The hotel is in a nice position near to various metro stations. The area between the hotel and the canal is full of cozy and tasty places where to drink or eat after a day of walks in the city. There are many types of restaurants on the canal too and you can really chose between so many different cusines. In the morning we always went to a couple of boulangeries near the hotel to enjoy french pastries for breakfast.
The hotel is simple but comfortable and clean (that was everything we were searching for). The staff is great! They gave us suggestions about the places to visit, at the end of the day asked what we did and in general we just chatted about stuff. Ahmed is a really nice person and made our stay very nice always welcoming us over the week. During the weekend Sergio helped us instead and we discovered he can speak a perfect italian.
Thank you Hotel Soft for making our stay in the city realxing. We'll sure come back the next time we're there.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is at perfect location, border between 15th and 7th arr., a walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, center, even MontMartre if you like walking tours like we do when in a new city. We booked a standard double room and got a free upgrade to a deluxe which ment view od the Eifel Tower from the 7th floor. We know it's "just" an iron statue, but it is extraordinary to have a cup of coffee or snacks from the balcony with that sight, every day and night during our stay. The parking in front of the hotel is free on saturday after 8pm, sunday and state holidays which was very convinient since we were traveling by car around Europe.
Thank you staff and management from Hotel Baldi. Staying with you next time also ❣️

The only negative note I have on Paris is the overwhelming...
The only negative note I have on Paris is the overwhelming amount of things to see, experience, eat, and drink. I was only there a week and feel like I need a second or third week to proactively sightsee. The subway is the best I have ever used (compared to other good ones like Rome, Barcelona, Vienna, and NYC). Favorite neighborhoods to wander and go out in the evening were Batignolles, Saint Germain de Pres and Le Marais. The mousse at Chez Janou (as well as its actual cuisine) is worth an advance reservation or getting on the wait list. The chocolate chaud at Angelina is the best, but Deux Magots' is also great. Any attraction tickets you can reserve in advance- do. Get a cheese and wine plate at Formaticus or just wine at PÉPITES Caviste et Bar à vin. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed occasionally stopping in Tabacs for a beer and interacting with locals.

This is a fabulous French "village" that is within walking distance of the CDG Airport. (You could walk there except there is a freeway between the village and the airport. We wanted one last lunch before we checked into the airport for trip back to USA. We happened upon this little town which could be a destination of its own. It was beautiful, quaint, charming, the people were super nice, the food was great, it had little parks in town and lots of parking places tucked away where you could park and walk to one of the many excellent restaurants on the cobbled stone street. If you are going to the airport - go here to eat or to sit in a park and read or just watch people. Lot of the restauraants had outdoor seating. It was super easy, easy to get to and to link back to airport when we were done!

I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in France. Everything was perfect – from the comfortable and clean rooms to the peaceful atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality of the owner. They were extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – it was an unforgettable experience!

Pros: The location is excellent—just a 15-20 minute walk to the Disney entrance, two short bus stops away, or a convenient Bolt ride costing only 12-15 euros. Cons:
Although I received check-in instructions via email, the accompanying video was quite confusing. Thankfully, I managed to access the apartment and stayed for two nights—arriving after 5 pm and departing around 9 am. One frustrating aspect was the pricing on Booking.com. The final cost was significantly higher than initially advertised, as a cleaning fee of 78 euros, plus VAT and city tax, were added at checkout.
The hosts were strict about arrival and departure times and required guests to take out the trash; on my second day, I left at 8 am and didn’t return until 11 pm, yet they still expected the trash to be taken out. Another major issue was the mattress—it was extremely uncomfortable, offering no support, and I couldn’t rest even after a long day. My child ended up sleeping on the floor due to its poor condition.
Lastly, the handling of the deposit was problematic. Although the cleaning team needed to access the apartment promptly, I had to reach out to have my deposit released. According to the hosts, they were still assessing for any damages, and it ultimately took two weeks to get my money back, which I found unacceptable.

Stayed here for a trip to Disneyland. It was very clean. Staff were fab and VERY accommodating. Bus ran every 30mins to and from the park, run without a glitch!! Food was good. We couldn't get into the restaurant as times we were back their wasn't availability however we could eat in the bar which was absolutely fine for us. I will definitely stay here again!. Couldn't have asked for more.

Good place to stay. Easy transportation to the city center. It's helpful to buy a card for transportation to cover duration of stay. Several places around to eat and drink. There are places round the corner for groceries. Paris has got several interesting places to visit for the whole family. Beware of pickpocket in public places.

We did not get to see enough of Montevrain as our visit was to euro disney and Paris. We had a short day walking around Montevrain and it looked like a really lovely area. Also spent a few hours in Val d'Europe.

There are a few local restaurants and good supermarkets. It appears to be a residential area with offices too. Clean and felt safe.
10+ minute walk to the closest Metro and about 25 mins to the centre of Paris and also about 30 mins to Versailles. All fairly easy to navigate.
Staff were very, very good - especially for this type of apartment hotel
