Great skiing for whole family at all levels.

Great skiing for whole family at all levels. We were on a budget so cooked meals at our apartment and took a packed lunch. This worked well as weather was good for lunches. One day we lunched in the Salle HORS sac which was good and warm. Bar at Roquette closes too early for a last drink before descent at end of day!

Great location, pool & spa very nice after long day skiing. Apartment comfortable but with 6 people too cramped. Only one toilet, en suit was just shower & basin. Twin bedroom small with no natural light.

Definitely consider this small, traditional French village! It had everything we needed - wonderful restaurants and bars (with excellent staff), shops, a swimming pool and the most wonderful surroundings! The ski lift was excellent, ski hire convenient and we had all we needed for skiing. A car is probably a must - it really helps to have a car to reach the lift or drop people off for the lift, but there is a shuttle bus (although we didn't use it) which runs throughout the day. We had a fantastic time in Champagny-en-Vanoise.

Belle Plagne is a relatively compact resort with easy access...

Belle Plagne is a relatively compact resort with easy access to ski hire, lift passes, shops and restaurants. Ski lifts are conveniently located although they are a little out-dated and slow compared to some other ski resorts. As experienced skiers we found that there's a good variety of challenging ski runs.

The whole site is fantastic- I love how le Plagne Village...

The whole site is fantastic- I love how le Plagne Village is so accessible from Centre and 1800. Transport system is efficient, safe and makes travelling around really easy. It's the second visit for us and we love it.

Skiing is excellent as there are La Plagne and Les Arcs domains Lots of walking/hiking for my dog and I, in the forest, in villages Lots of history and great restaurants (Au coeur de Vall') and l'Edelweiss

Beautiful apartments. Large and well equipped. Great position for slopes and public transport. Plagne 1800 is generally very quiet but has bars and a few restaurants. Pretty village style resort and easy access to Plagne centre using free bus. La Plagne is a very friendly family oriented resort

Nice village to be with plenty of amenities.

Nice village to be with plenty of amenities. Would happily stay there again. Do some research on distance to the slopes, because a long walk can ruin a nice holiday. If you go for dinner, try A Tavola (Italian) and arrive before 19:00 to avoid the crowds.

A small traditional French village with a handful of restaurants and bars. It’s not suitable for people who love apres ski as there is none but if you want to ski hard during the day and rest in the evenings then you will love this location.

Fabulous little resort in the La Plagne system.

Fabulous little resort in the La Plagne system. Connects to the larger centre of Bellcote by gondola. Ski school is excellent as are the links to the wider ski area. The small center and a variety of shops are within easy walking distance
