The staff were warm and welcoming and helped us have a pleasant stay.
The rooms were a good size and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked nicely. Our party had 2 rooms and an issue with the toilet in one room was fixed while we ate dinner. So 10 out of 10 for efficiency. The room had a kettle and facilities to make drinks. The private decking outside each unit was a nice touch and provided a good view down the valley.
We enjoyed a good meal and wine at reasonable prices and breakfast was adequate being typical of a continental breakfast.
Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay again and recommend.

The keys were in the door. Good communication from the owner. Superb setting in woodland with streams and a lake. Very comfortable cottage for two.

The house was very quiet and peaceful as were the only guests staying there. We could come and go as we pleased. Lovely French breakfasts which could be taken at any reasonable time as long as we let the owner know. The room was warm and sunny with large windows.
