We stayed 5 days in Paris with my wife and son, and we really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we loved that we could connect to Netflix in the evenings. The water station in the lobby was also super handy and a top notch. But honestly, the best part of our stay was Bertrand. He was always so friendly, kind, and helpful. He gave us lots of useful information, especially about Disneyland which is very close to the hotel. His warm attitude really made a difference for us, because friendliness isn’t always easy to find in Paris. Thanks to Bertrand , and Disneyland cast and crew we felt very welcome and had a great stay.

Lovely property very secure within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was a Disney weekend for us and this apartment was great just ten euros in a taxi straight to the park. Caroline has thought of everything you need would definitely recommend.

This was a lovely hotel, I would highly recommend. Stayed here for a trip to Disneyland. It was very clean. Staff were fab and VERY accommodating. Bus ran every 30mins to and from the park, run without a glitch!! Food was good. We couldn't get into the restaurant as times we were back their wasn't availability however we could eat in the bar which was absolutely fine for us. I will definitely stay here again!. Couldn't have asked for more.

We did not get to see enough of Montevrain as our visit was to euro disney and Paris. We had a short day walking around Montevrain and it looked like a really lovely area. Also spent a few hours in Val d'Europe.

All was fine, just if you are going there from a Paris...

All was fine, just if you are going there from a Paris airport, find out another way than taxi, which is expensive. Also, during weekends, nearby supermarkets are closed or closing earlier, this is only issue if you don't have car. I would say perfect location who would like to save on spending more in a Disneyland Hotel, the bus takes only 15 minutes to get to the park.

location is in 5th ring, pretty far outside city. Room in disrepair, single soap for shower, and dispenser was broken. Rack to hang clothes broken, 3 whole hangars in closet. Refused to give us 3rd towel. Shower backed up and took multiple hours to get maintenance while the floor was a pool. I wouldn't stay here twice unless last resort.

Bussy St.

Bussy St. George is a vibrant area with a mix of cultures, especially a strong Asian influence. You’ll find plenty of Asian restaurants, markets, and products around. The main train station is just 11-15 minutes from Disneyland, and a one-way trip with a Navigo pass costs 2.50 euros. Whether you’re traveling one station or heading to central Paris, the price is the same. It takes about 30-40 minutes to reach the main tourist attractions in Paris, though trains can be crowded around 8-9 AM. It’s manageable, but expect some people. If you have extra time, check out Val D'Europe. The shopping mall is huge, with tons of shops and places to eat. They also have the SeaLife Experience, which is a hit with kids, but fun for anyone really.

The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere for families, with a kids' corner, a swimming pool, and a small shop for essentials. The aparthotel's proximity to Disneyland Paris is a major plus, and the complimentary shuttle bus is a highly appreciated amenity for easy transportation to the parks. Staff are highlighted for being helpful, friendly, and going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Villa that are spacious, clean, modern, and well-equipped. it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I am writing to the Opration Manger Mr. Thomas to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I received during my stay from 13/8/2025 to 20/8/2025. Good public transport network to Central Paris.

Good public transport network to Central Paris. The area outside the campus grounds is rundown and seems to be quite an impoverished area. There are a number of homeless people around the area who keep to themselves and were not actively seeking out people passing through. The area as a whole looks rather unsafe but we as 2 seasoned female travellers did not feel unsafe around the locals.

Friendly staff, nice, clean hotel good amenities bus stop etc nearby. Close to Paris and Disney really enjoyed our stay. Great restaurant across the road food was excellent as good as any expensive London restaurant Halloween menu so good we were amazed. Lovely little strip of shops selling all the basics fresh French bread etc. wish I had stayed for longer.

Very basic facility with not much support if you need anything. Doors on the floors close automatically making loud noise all the time. Room size is very small as compared to what you see in the photos. Shower and toilet (combined) area is not more than 4 feet. Will not recommend or consider for next time
