Location of the hotel was great, right on the harbour. Absolutely worth spending that little bit more as well to obtain the rooms at the front, the view of Chateau Cassis across the harbour at night was incredible. Breakfast was cheap and generous. Staff were very friendly. Air-conditioning was great for our hot weather while we were visiting. If your driving definitely worth reserving a carpark. It's very busy and limited parking on the street around. Unless you park out of town and catch the transfer bus in.

Very nice, really welcoming hosts, great breakfast, nice pool area with flowers and green plants. Parking on site and very safe, we could store our bikes next to the car for the night and relax. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. The place is a bit out of the city but we wanted to stay away from the hustle. And the center can be reached within 35 minutes and there is a bus as well if you do not want to climb up the hill on the way back :) And finally… a working AC in Provence :)

from the moment we arrived the team at St Jean were exceptional. the welcome was friendly and the room was fantastic. We loved the spa. it’s close to La Cliotat. if you get the chance, take a boat to ale Calanques. The concierge suggested we visit the local beach to see the fireworks - brilliant suggestion.

Amazing location right on the road towards the first calanque, a five minute walk from a lovely beach and a ten minute walk from the town. A charming well equipped and furnished house, the private terrace outside was lovely, we loved the pool, also the table tennis and pétanque!

We had an apartment for 5, 3 adults and 2 children.

We had an apartment for 5, 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment was in an ideal position, quiet yet near the harbour. There was plenty to do in Cassis, enjoying the sea. Good restaurants and cafes. Our host was a very helpful lady.

La Ciotat is not luxurious but very cozy town with multiples restaurants and cafes and plage. It resides two beautiful calanques, park Mugel and chapelle N.D. dela Garde with exceptional views at the sea horizons

Carnoux was a perfect location for us to visit Marseille and Cassis for a wedding. Perfect location on this occasion and one that we are looking forward to returning to. Carnoux from our experience is a small town very set in its cultural ways which we loved.

A lovely location with a great friendly atmosphere.

A lovely location with a great friendly atmosphere. A boat trip to see the Callanques is recommended. Taxis for short journeys eg to the railway station are difficult to find so the bus is your best option.

Clean and beautiful beaches with different type of sand, some activities for tourists (I’d add flying over water with a parachute and water bike). Good restaurants and food. Botanic garden needs more care now, it was more beautiful before. No free parking.

Excellent little town with ample restaurant choices and amazing access to the Calanques National Park. Very walkable, great bakeries (Boulangerie Lion & Le Fournil du Port). Cannot comment on the main beach but la Plage du Bestouan and the Calanque de Port-Pin offer some great swimming and sunbathing opportunities.

Nice place to visit, it’s a bit pricey but nice, IMO if you want a good ice cream go to Alessandro Glacier I highly recommend it, for a great pizza Profumi d’Italia, set in a nice square. Many pubs and restaurants look over the sea.. it’s really nice. We missed to see Les Calanques , apparently are awesome. Sunday market it’s a must lots to see alongside the sea, worth visiting
