Lizzy was a super friendly and helpful host. She made sure we didn’t go to bed hungry although the kitchen was closed already. The breakfast the next morning was fresh and delicious. The beds are really comfortable and spacious. Overall a great hotel to stay at.

Friendly welcoming staff, great views from our room over looking the bay and golf course. We had a large room with two wonderful large arm chairs to sit in and enjoy our views. Comfy large bed and amazing water pressure in the shower. Thank you we thoroughly enjoyed our time with you

We loved our stay at Anchor Hotel! Our room had a beautiful view over the habour. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We could walk to dinner- a great place called Lullabelle’s on the foreshore. Short drive to Kennacraig ferry. Great breakfast too. Highly recommend!

The apartment was newly renovated and furnished. It was very clean and lovingly decorated. In the kitchen, coffee and tea, milk and sugar, some drinks and some sweets were waiting for us. The beds were very comfortable, and we felt very comfortable overall. Pubs, shops, and the Springbank distilleries are within a 10-minute walk. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional stay! I had such a wonderful experience at this B&B. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, the hosts were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed (plus some lovely thoughtful touches). Breakfast was absolutely delicious fresh, local ingredients and plenty of choice. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with great walks and views nearby. It’s clear the owners put real care into every detail, and it made my stay feel special and relaxing. I’d happily stay again and can’t recommend it highly enough!
