The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I've had in a hotel. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town and a short walk to the train station. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Just outside of Penrith, the Brantwood Hotel is less than 3 miles from Ullswater. Just one mile from the junction 40 of M6 it offers en suite bedrooms and TVs.

We loved everything! This place has a great feel- the decor is beautiful and arty and yet feels like home. Our host was helpful and we had such a lovely chat over a delicious breakfast. Homemade jams and Croissants with fabulous coffee was a great start to our day. We loved staying with Christel and will definitely stay here again!
