Very clean rooms that were really warm...just what was needed when it was below freezing outside. Great location and good views. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Stornoway.

Absolutely wonderful. Fabulous views across Uig Sands. The accommodation is quite stunning. Would definitely stay here again and cannot praise it highly enough. Owner was very helpful.

Christina came to meet us at the door and was so gracious and welcoming. The whole team there took such good care of us and made a difficult trip (bereavement) much more bareable. The room was so comfortable and decorated beautifully. There's a fully accessible bathroom and lift too which is great and the bed is perfect. The castle has been restored so well and looks gorgeous inside and out. Really recommend having a walk around the castle grounds while you're staying too. The café staff were super friendly and took our drinks to the guest lounge for us when we had family visiting. The food is really nice and they make good hot drinks and the tablet they sell is delicious. They will try their best to help you. We even got invited to watch a fashion show which was cool. Really can't recommend this place enough and we'll definitely stay again next time we're on the island. Everyone clearly loves what they're doing and it really shows. Plus, it's a castle! What's not to like?

This pod was absolutely outstanding! Carefully planned and thought out, comfortable and cosy with thoughtful interior design, accommodation-wise this was the highlight of my trip to the Western Isles. I loved the bee theme - the crockery was just beautiful and in general the pod was exceptionally well equipped. I fell in love with the bird side lamp, just so many nice touches, including a mini Taigh Plo for the birds by the entrance to the parking area. Excellent accommodation, I would give it plus, plus, plus marks - highly recommend.
