Me and my wife We had the best stay at Graf hotel and the owner Ms. Anastasia exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived she welcomed us and the room was ready and decorated nicely , she even put a champagne bottle for us we really appreciated the gesture it was our honeymoon and she made our stay special and made us feel important, she had a lot of suggestions for us Every day she will ask us where we are going and she will give suggestions if it's your first time in kazbegi It is really the best hotel to stay in kazbegi We will be coming back there for sure.

Great stay. The man that was hosting us was very hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Comfiest beds we had on our 3 week stay in Georgia. Great showers. A luxurious stay compared to a lot of the other guest houses we stayed at! Great value for money. Would 100% recommend especially after a hike. Hollie & Megan from Scotland :)

Our stay for sure exceeded our expectations. Hotel is brand-new, has wonderful interior and exterior. Would like to mention the amazing sauna that was arranged specially for us. And also the friendly staff, nice breakfast, cleanliness and facilities in the rooms overall. Suatis Resort Kazbegi would for sure work for solo-travellers as well. I highly recommend staying here especially if you're exploring Stepantsminda and surroundings by car.

An unbelievably outstanding find. The ambience of this place is something I cannot describe - but what I can say is I will be back!  The essence of 10 Georgian historical figures captured in 10 rooms is a novel and unique way to allow guests to be immersed in the history of Georgian culture. Our maître d', Lado, is worthy of mention and high praise. He recommended excellent wines for both our meals and was attentive to absolutely everything. Nothing was too much for him. The restaurant, in my opinion, is worthy of a Michelin rated award - every dish was prepared to the highest quality and the presentation - excellent. Evenings were made complete with an outstanding pianist, a maestro, who could play absolutely everything! I loved everything about this boutique hotel!

Great Location - shops and other restaurants right outside the front door and across the road. Easy Parking in front of the hotel. We had 2 rooms. Great view from the room, at the backside - view of the river, mountains , Gergetti church at the top of the hill. Calming noise of the river at night time if you leave the balcony door open. View from the front side is onto the square / road - you can sit on the balcony and just watch the world go by. The road is busy, but with the balcony door shut you don't get disturbed during the night. Very good staff - Friendly, polite and helpful. Great Breakfast selection and good meals at the restaurant. Bar / Cafe area with snacks and drinks.

Rooms Kazbegi is my favorite place to visit in Georgia. Do splurge on a room with a mountain view of Kazbegi, you won't regret it. The deck offers the best view of the mountains and is a wonderful place for a meal, a cocktail, or just for taking some photos. The food and cocktails are amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can also book various excursions at reception.

Great value for money, and the location was best. Our room was very big with two balconies. The scenery from the balconey was fantastic. The hotel provided a baby cot free of charge. Two chairs were there those were able to convert to beds. Morning breakfast has many varities. There is an open terrace in the restaurant to have coffee while enjoying the view.

We loved the nature. The fresh air. We loved the people we met they were nice and accommodating. We loved natural water . Best place to view the beautiful mountains. Highly recommend. It was easy to go aswell from and back to tiblisi.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. It was fantastic and memorable holidays.

We went to different restaurants. Especially the river side cafe was very friendly and made us feel really special! The people in the information office right in the town centre were very friendly and helpful! They would need to be more supported with maps for hikers.

Perfect place to start at least two days hike: 1. Juta to Roshka via Chaukhi pass: 20,3 km, 1.294 elevation gain 2. Roschka to Juta via Sadzele pass: 16,1 km, 1.063 elevation gain Beautiful, amazing scenario, pure nature.

* food at the restaurant was amazing, I would suggest trying: Chicken salad with mango, Khinkhali dessert, Chicken fillet with mozzarella. * nice room & bathroom with all the toiletries * nice quite location * breakfast was okay, there could have been more variety but still nice. Restaurant at the property opens at 1 p.m and there is no other restaurants near the property so I'd suggest u taking option with breakfast included. * pool was nice and clean but sometimes music at the pool was too loud and a little annoying (mostly club music)

In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. I liked the close by Sno Village a lot, lovely place.

Tbilisi city and mountains are beautiful, places and hotels in New Guduari are beautiful. But people are very rude, they do not know tourism and behave badly. Even the woman in the toilet shouts at people. Also very bad all routes

The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure). upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.
