The hotel have everything you may need, in the snow they have amaizing hot tub outside, and all the balconies have heater so you can enjoy the view, the staff was so kind, big thanks to Ms. Tamari, she was so helpful and gave every guest full attention and any required information, she is so kind and she speaks english perfectly 👌, the breakfast is perfect and they have very big buffet, not forgetting the direct access to the ski area from the hotel, so you dont need taxi or any transportation method.

New property with very clean interiors and exteriors. The room heaters came in really handy keeping us warm in the midst of winter. The rooms were spacious for our kid to play around. The views were spectacular from the room. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet had a good spread.

Best choice we made in our complete trip, classic interior, cozy environment, beautiful lawns and views are just mesmerizing. Loved their interior. But the best thing was, Vako at front office, overall in our trip of Georgia, one thing that Georgia lacked big time is service but in this hotel, Vako is one man army. He’s really humble, hospitable and has excellent customer service mindset. Truly an asset for hotel.

Nice family run hotel, the daughter in law spoke english well. Had dinner twice in restaurant, Trout and salad were great. Breakfast was simple. My room was a 302, corner unit with best view in hotel. I was upgraded. Lots of street construction going on. Room was super clean and very nice. I would stay here again. They also did my laundry for a great price of 15GEL

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was also a highlight—very tasty with plenty of options to choose from. Whether you prefer something light or a full meal, there was something for everyone. I especially want to mention the reception worker, Kristine. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, she made sure everything went smoothly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Kristine for making my stay even better!

Everything was ok! The view from the house is fantastic. There are horses and cows with their babies walk around the territory and you can communicate with them. The manager Katerina is a very friendly and smiling person. She very quickly solved a problem with curtains while we were checking in. If in the future there are a small microwave oven in the kitchen zone and some curtains in the bathroom it will be great. In my opinion cool lights should be replaced for warm ones.

By far the best stay in Gudauri! We loved every aspect of our experience. The rooms were super comfortable, and the facilities were fantastic—from the sauna and jacuzzi to evening bowling sessions. Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. It was fantastic and memorable holidays.

We went to different restaurants. Especially the river side cafe was very friendly and made us feel really special! The people in the information office right in the town centre were very friendly and helpful! They would need to be more supported with maps for hikers.

Restaurant at the property opens at 1 p.m and there is no other restaurants near the property so I'd suggest u taking option with breakfast included. * pool was nice and clean but sometimes music at the pool was too loud and a little annoying (mostly club music)

In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. I liked the close by Sno Village a lot, lovely place.

The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure). upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.
