I had a wonderful stay, the hotel is nice and modern, very tidy, quiet and very well organised. The bed is extremely comfy, and the room is nice and light. The staff are extremely friendly. A special appreciation to Saba - I've got in trouble forgetting my bag in a bolt taxi, and he did not hesitate for one second to offer his help to me, staying on the phone with the taxi driver for one hour and put me at ease in this super stressful situation. Staff like him really are important as you know everything will always be taken care of during your stay from the moment you enter the hotel. Thank you guys!

Everything was excellent in terms of: the hotel service and facilities, the behavior of the manager and staff they were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Whatever we needed or any question we had, they helped us quickly. We had wonderful days and great memories in Tbilisi and at your hotel, and we were very satisfied with our stay. I definitely recommend choosing this hotel for your stay 🙂 I also recommend using the Bolt app, which is similar to Uber. It’s much cheaper with great prices compared to city taxis, and you can pay either in cash or by card.

We initially booked five nights (in October 2023), and then prolonged our stay for another two nights, because we simply loved it there. The location is great, the house is just super nicely designed (especially the facade, the yard, the breakfast area and the oak wood staircase). All the (young) staff is professional and super friendly. Breakfast is great (I recommend you order some of the extras, like "Georgian breakfast" which are eggs in a coriander-almond-gravy) with a nice Georgian touch (like tklapi, local cheeses, and pastry (we liked the things with walnuts a lot). The owner is Georgian. Thus, the money you pay doesn't go into a foreign investor's pocket. We really loved the staff. We researched some activities online first and then asked the staff about their opinion, which helped us a lot. We also let them book cabs for us. All spoke pretty good English. We'll definitely come back.

I was worried that pictures were too polished and will not represent reality (like in many other places in Georgia) but actually I found the place even nicer then in those nice pictures already. I happened to meet the owner and it really touched me how much heart and soul he puts in this place with his own hands, he cares about all the details in the genuine way. And you can feel that in the place. Going home with very positive and almost surreal experience… Please keep that level of professionalism, focus on health throughout all place in growing this super unique and creatively authentic place. The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.
