A great location and an interesting idea to have the restaurant overlooking a lake. The islands on the lake are full of birds coming home to roost for the evening offering you a great free show! Crocodiles are also part of the hotel decor! A lovely introduction to our visit to Kakum national park the following day

The view from the lodge was really nice. The staff was also super nice, welcoming, caring and attentive to our needs. The breakfast included coffee, tea and was good. We really appreciated the rooms which had a bathroom each and included a little fridge. It was also less than 10 minutes by car from Cape Coast Castle and the restaurant that`s near it ( It is also at a walking distance).

The location is a bit outside Elmina town, but close enough to walk. It also provides a panoramic view of town and castle. The a-la-carte breakfast menu was a pleasant surprise, and food was overall good and tasty. It's a new place which is beautifully furnished and decorated. Our room had a small balcony, which was perfect to watch the sunrise.
