We had a wonderful stay here! The room was very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The owner was truly kind and always available, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was minimalistic but more than enough, with everything fresh and tasty. The location was also perfect for us – we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

We loved Apricus! It’s perfectly located in Perissa away from the business of Fira and Oia but easily accessible by car or bus. The facilities are new and modern, the pool is beautiful and the staff are INCREDIBLE. It’s right by the beach and lots of great restaurants.

Everything was perfect, lovely room, comfy bed, good shower, small kitchen, lovely pool and pool area, air-conditioning, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful authentic setting, with trees and flowers and lovely comfortable seating around the pool. Handy shop right outside the property. Perfect temperature for us in late May and a five min walk to the beach. Loads of places to eat a drink within very easy walking distance. Highly recommended this place for a stay in Santorini. We had a ground floor room, but there was a choice of both.

A spacious room, clean and neat, With a stunning view that can't be beat.  Stelios, the master of hospitality and charm, He made sure my stay was never short of warm. From recommending the best local spots to explore, To providing tips that I couldn't ignore.  His knowledge of the area, like a walking map, He guided me to hidden gems, no need for a recap. Whether it was a restaurant, a beach, or a hike, Stelios knew the best, like he had a psychic strike.  But it wasn't just the location or the host's finesse, Mandilaria Studios had a vibe, I must confess. The atmosphere was peaceful, serene, A place where relaxation was the ultimate theme.  And when it comes to my style, let me be clear, Stelios had the rhythm, the rhymes, and the gear. We had a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious and simply decorated with a clean, minimalist design that carried a charming Greek vibe. It was spotless and cleaned daily. The hotel reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A young man at the front desk stood out - his passion for his work was clear. He gave every guest his full attention, making everyone feel genuinely welcome. Every hotel would benefit from having such a dedicated team; it’s the kind of service that makes you want to return again and again. We had three meals included at the restaurant connected to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Over our 6-night stay, we had 12 meals there for lunch and dinner. The food was always fresh, tasty, and served in very generous portions - so much so that sometimes we didn’t order full meals because it was more than enough. There were a lot to choose from - starters, salads, mains (fish, meat, pasta and Greek dishes). The restaurant staff were friendly, laid-back, and had a great sense of humour. They made us feel welcome every time we walked in, always giving guests their full attention and Greek hospitality. Two swimming pools and beach nearby, beach chairs at the extra charge (15 euros) but worth it. We would definitely have the same holiday package again.

An excellent hotel which was exceptionally clean with good facilities in a great location. Ritsa was always very helpful with advice on what to do/see and how to get around the island. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a great service. Staying in the south provided a quieter place to stay but so nice being away from the crowds of the north. The hotel was perfectly situated by being close to the beach and some great places to eat and drink.

Bibi's brother was really nice with us. We felt at home with Bibi's services. She is very friendly and easygoing person that I meet in Greece. Also, She borrowed me a book and encouranged us to Explore more places arround the area. Moreover, She invited us for a tea and delicious biscuites. They have plenty expertice of this business.

I had a great stay at " The Best ", specially because of wonderful Maria who works there :) My " appartement " was clean and every day housekeeping, it got everything I needed ( kitchen / bathroom / private terrace with nice moutain view ) . Beds are comfy . Black sand beach is at 2min walk / everything you need around.

Having stayed two weeks in Perissa, I dare say I know it a bit. It's a great mix of not too big of a town, plenty of groceries shopping spots, Restaurants with some great offers, nice beaches (even though one has to get used to black sand) and cultural spots like a very nice Orthodox Church and some historic ruins if you dare to hike a bit. It's wasn't too crowded either, so if you consider going, do so Early - Mid September.

the location is not what it seams, it is just between the main road and other construction sites or empty fields, with no nice view. Overrated prices on booking.com compared with the reception prices or any other nice hotels even in Oia.

Visiting Perissa in September was perfect – warm weather and plenty of sunbeds, or you can simply relax on the soft sand mixed with small pebbles. A short walk down the beach takes you to Perivolos, which is even better for swimming. Along the beach, you’ll find plenty of excellent restaurants and bars – Tranquilo and Ntomatini are must-visits! In the evenings, it’s lovely to stroll past the many little souvenir shops and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

A great range of restaurants - you never need to eat in the same place twice during your holiday. There is also a beach, with sunloungers for rental (between 10-25 Euros, for an umbrella with two sunbeds, depending on the vendor), watersports and local grocery stores.

Perissa is a great place to stay for holiday and workcation. There are multiple location to eat food and to stay and to be honest, the prices are probably the best on Santorini! I enjoyed my time here and would return anytime.

By far one of the best areas on the island to stay.

By far one of the best areas on the island to stay. Quieter than Fira, but with easy bus access to any part of the island you want to go. The restaurants and beaches are great. Please don't leave this area without making the long walk (or ride) to the end of the beach road to eat at Lava Tavern. It had the freshest, best food I had on the island.
