Our stay at Artemis truly exceeded our expectations. We would suggest this place because: 1. The location was great, extremely close to the center, meaning we could get there by foot in about two minutes. 2. Miss Elena was very welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even better with her presence. 3. The place was always warm and had hot water. 4. The place was very, very clean. 5. The breakfast was probably the best we have ever had in both quality and quantity. This place is a must-visit, you'll really enjoy your trip!

Made a last minute reservation as we had to travel immediately in a short notice for personal reasons and I had to contact the owner in order to ask for a late check-in. The owner was extremely polite, helpful and accepted my request. In addition he provided me with information about the weather and the roads' condition. Arriving, our room was exactly what we booked and was already warmed as the outside temperature was really low. The morning after, we were made breakfast and offered coffee next to the fireplace located at the hotel' s restaurant/bar area. We were also given information about the best available routes since we had to further continue our trip and a warm goodbye. Very nice and quite place, with a panoramic view from the balcony. Would definitely visit again.

The room was spacious and cozy, with cleanliness at a perfect 10/10. The fireplace in the room added to the atmosphere and was essential during the cold winter weather. The area is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even recommended an excellent Greek restaurant in the area that we thoroughly enjoyed.

This is one of Europes most pristine Natural reserves i doubt that there is anything else in Europe like that the whole Evrytania Perfecture a combination of Nature , Mountains , with Luxurious hotels and Top Restarurants yet so few people , unlike the craziness of the swiss alps for instance , this is the real deal .

Beautiful traditional tranquil village. You can relax at a local cafe, go on nature walks, or explore nearby villages. The historical old mikro chorio has a nice museum. You can hike the various trails. The food is delicious.

Karpenisi is my father in laws hometown.

Karpenisi is my father in laws hometown. We didn't know what to expect but we were amazed ar rhe Grand mountains that we hear are awesome for skiing. Our hotel was charming and unique. Would love to come here in the winter to enjoy the cool air. It was very hot in July. Great tavernas and restaurants there too!
