First of all, I came across a lot of bad comments about the hotel. These comments were mostly about the room not being cleaned. I have not encountered such a situation. The most accurate comment I can make is this: Generally, hotels are worse than they appear in the photo. This hotel was better than it looked in the photos. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The rooms were very spacious.

From the very first moment we arrived, it was clear that Zelia is something truly special. The Greek cuisine alone deserves a separate review – fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a modern twist that makes every bite a joy. Each meal felt like a celebration of local tradition and hospitality. If you ever feel like taking a break from Greek food, the Asian fusion restaurant is definitely worth a try – a lovely surprise with bold flavors and beautiful presentation. One of the highlights for me was the Pilates reformers, with the option to train under a professional instructor – a wonderful experience for both body and soul. The combination of movement, design, and serenity creates a unique kind of harmony you rarely find. I also fell in love with the small beach beneath the cliff – perfectly calm and peaceful, like a private little sanctuary. A joy for the soul – ideal for a morning meditation, reading a book, or simply being present. I also want to commend the staff – kind, attentive, and truly dedicated. From my own experience, I know that new hotels don’t always run smoothly, but here I felt genuinely taken care of. You can feel that the entire team is doing their best to make guests feel welcome and special. But what truly sets Zelia apart is the atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and just let go. Calm, elegant, and perfectly organized – you don’t have to think about a thing, because everything is thought through for you. Every detail feels intentional – nothing is left to chance.

Everything you expect from a hotel in Greece is this one. The rooms are perfect, clean, comfortable and pleasant.. The breakfast they serve is excellent, just in their Greek style plus with homemade specialties. and the girl who works there, Maria, is something that every hotel should have, a girl who made everything we could think of possible too kind and nice. Anne a Mare apartments exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness the modern and luxury appeal that permeated every corner of this establishment. The rooms were an absolute delight – not only were they spacious and tastefully decorated, but they were also spotless. Modern rooms with kitchenette and a huge TV, toilet and shower rooms are separate which makes the showering even more enjoyable. The pool area was another highlight of my stay. It was maintained with the utmost care. The pool looks luxurious with modern sunbeds and sun shades and a pool bar next to it so you can enjoy your drink while taking a dip. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the warm and welcoming owner. Their genuine passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, having a drink with us talking about local restaurants and things to see in the area, offering late check out, inviting us to use the pool even when we checked out and making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Lastly, the location of this hotel is also excellent. Nestled at the entrance of Afitos it allows easy access to the city and the lovely beaches in the vicinity although i am sure spending a day or two at the pool relaxing is an excellent option as well. In conclusion, my experience at this summer hotel in Afitos was nothing short of exceptional. The unwavering commitment to cleanliness, the inviting pool area, the gracious owner, and the excellent location all contributed to a truly memorable stay. I can't wait to return at this hidden gem of a hotel.

The Breakfast was delicious and freshly made. We could chose out of a menu and every wish was fulfilled. It was also very nice that the breakfast was brought to our room and we could eat at our terrace looking at the sea. I could continue to compliment every aspect of our stay but as everything exceeded our expectations I will make it short: the staff, the housekeeping, the location of the hotel, the beautiful room itself and the hospitality - everything was just awesome! :)
