Aside from the amazing location, great food and the cleanliness, the owners and people who work there make you really feel at home. I could not say this enough, this place feels like you’re staying at your best friend’s house. They also gave us lots of tips and places we didn’t even knew about, like restaurants where it feels like you’re eating at your Greek grandmother’s house were the people are lovely, fantastic wineries and off the path monuments. The dogs and cats around make it even better. We will be back.

Great location on the top of the hill. Close to the archaeological sites and town. Our room (304, which was a free upgrade) had gorgeous views of the courtyard and pool with the valley in the distance, absolutely stunning! The room had everything you could need. Breakfast and dinner both exceeded our expectations, and the service was great. We had no issues finding parking out front of the hotel. We would definitely rebook and recommend to anyone coming to the area

A beautiful location with all amenities on site. Comfortable bed and great shower. Lovely view over pool and ocean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The small village is about a 15 minute walk and worth a visit - we had very nice pizza and wine while there. We would have been happy to spend a few more days there, but were on our way to meet friends in Athens so only had one night

Patra is a town full of University students that makes it a very live, fun town. There is a great balance of nightlife, city culture, sea and country experiences available. The Castle on the top of the hill is a must see as is the Roman Odeon. The best was walking down the main strip on a Friday night. The city was alive with people having a fabulous night out. Shopping, cafes and restaurants galore. Make sure you go when the Universities are running as you may have a very different experience.

Kalamata is a well organized city with parks in the middle of downtown. Great for families with young children. Several cultural events take place i.e. we attended a documentary festival. The part of the city by the sea has its own life. During the olive picking period, it attracts many of the olive grove owners, who do not necessarily reside in Kalamata. The city is very friendly to visitors.Public parking in the middle of the city provides convenient parking.

The town is a tourist base.

The town is a tourist base. Not particularly interesting or pleasant. We only went for the railway trip, but unfortunately it was cancelled on the two days we were there, due to falling rocks on the line. This doesn't happen very often apparently...we were just unlucky. There are cave lakes to visit but we didn't do that. The car journey to the town is wonderful both ways - from Dimitsana and Diakopto.

Loutraki is a nice place for relaxation and pampering. You could swim at Loutraki beach. Be aware that the beach has big pebbles. It is more comfortable to have water shoes with you. In addition, you could pamper yourself at Loutraki thermal spa. At the beach road, there are many different restaurants, taverns, cafeterias for every pocket.

Monemvasia is interesting and charming and beautiful. I liked that it was not crawling with tourists because it was off season. I think high season could be packed to the gills with tourists. Dimitsana is an old, picturesque village with a beautifully preserved charm. Coming from the city and being used to busier places, I found it very peaceful and quiet. There isn’t a lot to do, but they've organised a cute village centre. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway, and there’s also a lovely hiking route nearby for those who enjoy exploring nature. Something to keep in mind is the fact that google can fail you in terms of information on which restaurants or other establishments are open and at what times, but when in doubt, you can always ask the welcoming locals.

the church of saint basilica in the town Centre is absolutely amazing to see. The cafe and night life scene is fantastic. The people everywhere were friendly. The food options for 5 star and very cost effective. The centre gate way to base yourself for everything in the Peloponese, making wherever you want to go less than 1.5 hours. Tripolis the centre of Arcadian history. Sparta 35min drive, kalamata 40min, amazing archeological sites everywhere. In Tripolis everyone is treated as a local not a tourist. Best of all you MUST go to the ancient village of ALEA TEGEA one of greeces best kept secrets, authentic museums and temple of Athena. It's only a short drive there from Tripolis - 10mins and get in touch with real authentic Arcadian culture and history.
