Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure. The staff deserves special recognition – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist or offer advice whenever needed. Although the property is quite spacious, it still manages to maintain a strong sense of privacy and intimacy – peaceful, quiet, and with a cozy atmosphere that allows for true relaxation. We spent a week in hotel Diaporos, no food just apartment. Ioannis an his famaly were very supportive and responsive on all our requirements. They guded us with hints to visit the best places and beaches in the area. The room was comfy and according to the description and our needs. It was every day cleand and maintained. The yard bar with the ping ping table, swings and draft beer was perfect for kids and us :) We also paid for a dinner at the hotel and it was very affordable and above all tasty and homemade. They also offered us complementary breakfast which was great. For sure we recommend hotel Diaporos and will come again when we visit Vourvorou area.

    Nikiti is an ideal town for families with children, especially those aged 1–12. Everything is within walking distance. The beach and sea are perfect for kids, and the restaurants are family-friendly. There are also toy machines for children to play with. However, it might be a bit boring for young couples without kids, as there aren’t many entertainment options such as night clubs or disco bars.

    If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous...

    If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous sightseeing views long up and down walks with very nice sandy beach at the end of the city and not so far away other beautiful beaches - Neos is jut a right fit! It has the scent of old towns at the cliff but in the same time it has a layers of modernity embroidered throughout the scape. If it is more for young people? Maybe, if you don't like to walk but there is round walk next to the sea side as well... Nice restaurants, small shops just in a proper measure - for vacation that will fulfill you with scents and flavors of Greece.

    Sarti is definetly forever in my heart, it is a city where our family returns inconditionally every year. The place is amazing, beaches are wonderful, landscapes are amazing. Too bad that year by year it became too crowded

    The roads surrounded by lush green trees and the coves we visited were stunning. The sea was beautiful, and the views were breathtaking, though it was a bit crowded. In the evenings, the activity dies down quite early, and the roads become empty around 10 PM, whereas in city centers, the liveliness continues into the night.

    The beach was beautiful. The town was nice.

    The beach was beautiful. The town was nice. I would definitely come here again. It is easy to get around in Ormos Panagias We ate at the hotel, or local taverns, Simadi in Neo Marmaras was an excellent place to eat.

    The beaches in Kalamitsi are top-notch.

    The beaches in Kalamitsi are top-notch. The food is remarkably good too in the local tavernas. However, it's a longer distance from the city of Thessaloniki (2-2.5 hours depending on where you start your trip from) and there are not many things to do in Kalamitsi regarding night life. Mostly appropriate for families and groups that just want to have a chill time.

    The beautiful village, peaceful, clean, very near to the sea (Trani Ammouda, large, sand beach with beach bars and free space for your umbrellas if you like). Every Wednesday there is traditional live music in the centre of the town. All beaches in Sitonia from this village are very close

    The beach is long and there are plenty of restaurants/services that are available. I liked the fact that there were no night clubs and loud noise at night. The place is more catered for families and middle aged people/retirees.

    Nikiti is undeniably lively, attracting large crowds throughout the day. While this energy may appeal to some, it also means that many areas are filled with tourist traps, where overpriced souvenirs and services are hard to avoid. The more attractive beaches, with cleaner waters and better facilities, often come with noticeably higher charges, which can quickly add up for families. The bustling atmosphere leaves little space for relaxation, and navigating the crowds with children can be challenging. Overall, while it has its highlights, I would think twice before returning here for a family vacation with kids.
