Breakfast and especially dinner buffet exceeded our expectation, simple but really tasty and fresh food, with quite a few choices and dinner meals were also different every night. We booked here for our honeymoon and everything was simply magical. The views are incredible and the whole experience is beautiful. The reception team are lovely and very very welcoming and helpful. Fofi is the best and she takes good care of everyone! Eldina and everyone else was also amazing. If you like to be in the center of the action (restaurants, bars, night life), Tsilivi is a good spot. If you are searching for something more relaxed, i advise to search for other locations in the island. Lots to do and see , beaches are lovely . Dafnis taverna my favourite . The staff are so kind and friendly . They remember you from past trips . Traditional Greek foods . Vintage steak house great family run restaurant . The iguana bar is so nice and nice bar meals in the day . Zante town is a must in the harbour . Bliss hsirdressers is a good place to try hair and nails . Locals are very welcoming . Cave bar is a good photo opportunity. Garden village apartments are beautiful . Small village with plenty of choice of eateries, bars and mainly tourust shops. Not the best beach in Zante but nice enough if you're lucky enough to bag one of the limited good spots. Good selection of restaurants at fair prices, Greccos for fresh fish was superb and plenty of places served authentic Greek dishes. We found that 'free wine' was best avoided although the food was good! Costa's on the beach was very good and Shoestring further down the coast is well worth a visit. The Mitsos Hotel welcomes visitors and has a large swimming pool and refreshments served to sunbeds for anyone who goes there - all you have to do is buy refreshments at reasonable prices. This seems to apply to all places with a pool and sunbeds. The hire car was a mixed blessing as the satnav had to be paired with my mobile phone and sat coverage is partial. Calm and very nice area. Close to the sea, perfect for relaxation, away from the crowds. The only thing i do not like, but this is not related to this specific area, are the roads.
