The big roof top pool was amazing!! Super warm, warmer than the smaller pool. The sound proofing was also perfect to block out the noise from the car park, we had a very restful sleep, the matress was awesome. The helpful staff were great. The location, omg the location, it was on the doorstep of everything we actually wanted to see and visit.

I liked nothing. The hotel was dirty. The WC was broken, there was not hot water, the staff was very noisy during the night and morning. We couldn't sleep well.

Really enjoyed staying here and extended my stay as I liked Xela more than I thought I would! Don Ramon was a wonderful receptionist/host and a mine of information as to where to get the various colectivos to various places. The room was very large and clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower had hot water 👍🏼 The patio area was great to meet people and relax in and the green plants everywhere made it a little oasis. It is also 1 block from the Parque Central so very well situated👏🏼
