We lived everything about the ICON Hotel. I travel regularly to Hong Kong on business and have stayed in hotels on the island twice the price and even then, the ICON Hotel in many ways was better. The service was impeccable - from check in to check out - every employee I engaged with was extremely professional and accommodating. The restaurants are amazing - the concierge assisted with travel coordination - the entry valets were super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - the view spectacular - the bed and linens top-notch - room service very good. We had prearranged for breakfast in our room - it was a fantastic decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.

I liked the entire experience: check-in was smooth and efficient, the stay was utterly comfortable. Amenities and facilities are awesome, this is what a five-star experience feels like. I really appreciated that the hotel staff were friendly without being overly solicitous. The concierge, the front desk were very helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Breakfast had excellent variety and great taste. Checkout was seamless and quick. Overall, I would return again and again for this kind of service.

    Hong Kong is very built up now and we felt it had lost some of the old charm. I think if staying again would stay on the island close to transport and restaurants. We went for a long ride on the Ding Ding tram, a nice thing to do when jetlagged. We also enjoyed a day trip to Stanley, less busy on a week day.

    2nd consecutive year there same event same hotel , new things out , all type of foods were easily found , be it indian or chinese all was just delicious and according to my request. Well next time I think to be with family as i believe they should also enjoy this marvellous place

    It's an expensive town not worth visiting...it doesn't compare to Beijing or Shanghai. The services are substandard, the food is not delicious, and the people are not cooperative....Hong Kong is not worth visiting.
