The city of Korçula is 30 minutes away, but Aminess Lume is a little tiny town called Brna that is very nice and has an excellent restaurant (Konoba Brna). The bar of the hotel overlooking the ocean was perfect to swim, rest and drink and/or eat a bit. I totally recommend both the hotel and the area.

The lady on the reception desk Snezana was very polite . Beach was sandy and very close. Also the lady Eli which was part of the hotel’s staff was very hospitable to us . They made our holiday wonderful. A big recommendation from us !

The Marco Polo mobile home is small but perfect for a family of 4. Very clean and nice area to sit out the front. All the staff were amazing and very accommodating. Allowed a 5pm late checkout at no extra charge to allow us another day to enjoy the resort before catching our ferry. Two pools, beach, nice bay, easy taxi or water taxi to the old town. Water taxi's run both ways every 30mins for 3euro per adult. Takes 5 mins.

What a wonderful and peaceful place at the end of a small village directly connected to the bay and the sea. The apartment „inspiration“ has been completely refurbished and we enjoyed it’s wide terrace with a marvelous view at the sea. Jasna is a wonderful host 🤩

Modern clean appartment, ideal for 2, in calm and silent location, with the sea and crystal clear water directly under the balcony, where you can enjoy relaxing evenings with the view to the small bay and/or dry your swim suites. Highly recommended appartment and the area for a relaxing holiday.
There is a bar/kitchen below, nice and not disturbing.

Excellent location and amazing property! The pool was amazing and the staff were great ! Breakfast was brilliant - Mirsad cooked us a great omelette every morning! Location is ideal - we walked to the old town or got a water taxi which was perfect! Would highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was outstanding and the view from the terrace where we had breakfast each day was beautiful. The India apartment was extremely well presented and central to all Korcula had to offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful - it was the highlight of our holiday.

Vela Luka is a hidden gem!
Vela Luka is a hidden gem! It’s not overly touristic, which was exactly the appeal for us. The days are slow and relaxed, the food is delicious, and the people are lovely — it feels like a more authentic side of Croatia. It’s the perfect place to unwind, but at the same time there’s plenty to do.
We went scuba diving, spent time at the beach, tried different restaurants, and enjoyed walking around. Honestly, we could have easily stayed at least two weeks just relaxing and exploring the different areas. We were there for 3 days and 3 nights, and it wasn’t nearly enough!

Korcula was amazing, 2nd time visiting for me, first time being 18 years ago. The town is beautiful, big enough to get lost in for the day, lots to see and do with boat trips, excursions and wondering. We did the buggy wine tour, 3 island boat trip and wondered a lot. Would recommend them all. The buggy trip especially was incredible with amazing hosts.

Very picturesque town, wonderful beaches, there is a shop, cafe, two restaurants. The huge disadvantage of this place is that on weekends you can only get there by taxi, which costs 30 euros from Korčula.

Lumbarda, lovely beaches and one of the best Croatian wineries (Bire) just next to the beautiful city of Korčula. You get to see both, and all the islands in front (use hop on and off option!) while relaxing. Korčula gets crowded and is a bit pricey. Lumbarda is thus much better stay

We enjoyed Blato - a bog village / a small town - very much for its relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere (people greet you in the streets) and comfortable stay. If you do not insist on living within walking distance from the beach but like to taste the life of locals, this is a good place to go.

Prizba is a relatively small and quite resort but still has plenty to do for a family. Around the harbour and beach are there four bars, three of which serve food, and there a few other restaurants within a short walk or drive. There are paddleboards, kayaks, pedalos, windsurfers, jetskis and boats all available to hire from here. The coastline around here is stunning. There is only one small convenvenience store in Prizba so you need to drive about 10k to Blato for a larger supermarket.

Beautiful picturesque village with absolutely amazing quiet port offering excellent swimming opportunities. Felt like having your own swimming pool! Just go downstairs a couple of meters and enjoy cristal clear sea bathe!
We bought fresh fish and sea food from super friendly local merchant and enjoyed grilling and dinning. Unforgetable experience!

A great little town with much fewer visitors than Dubrovnik for example, a very pleasant town and harbour to wander round with plenty of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours, easy to get ferries to other islands or just across the bay to a swimming spot.

Lovely and very interesting island with amazing beaches nearby, great biking opportunities, historic places to visit, wonderful restaurants, friendly people and amazing sites around every bend. We stayed in the old town, in a building built around 1400, and explored from there. The old town was so fun and small enough that you could walk everywhere, including to the ferry stations, so the only time we used a car was when we took a day to drive to several beaches around the island, each one amazing.

Lovely quiet location. Views from balcony were stunning. Only 1 restaurant opened in May, but it served delicious reasonably priced food. Owner of apartment was very helpful. Visited Mljet while we were there - very beautiful & we also loved Korcula town. We stayed for 6 nights & would thoroughly recommend.
