Nice new room, but a bit small with additional bed for two children. I recommend the family room instead of standard room. In case you need extra bed. The restaurant offers one of the greatest pizzas in the world!

I booked this hotel for my mother so I can only write down what she told me :) She was more than happy with the hotel and the room. Everything was very clean and new and she couldn't have a better option for her 10 day wellness trip. The spa and wellness opportunities were great and the staff was very helpful. She will definitely book again and come back.

Very good accommodation. Repeated stay. Highly recommended. Nice old building (historical curia / castle) but renovated in modern style with all necessary modern equipment (climatization, wifi). Even if the temperature outside was 38 °C, inside was climatization at around 23 °C what allow us to feel very comfortable. It is a protected cultural property (heritage) what allows you during stay to forgot all the worries of everyday life. The personal is very polite. The foot in the restaurant is very tasty.

The hotel is located not very far from the main road and is the perfect and not expensive place to stay if you are going transit by car and don't want to visit Zagreb. The hotel has a restaurant and spacious parking.

Hotel Zagi is modern, well kept and immacutely clean. We arrived very late and the kitchen staff still made sure we could order some food before checking in - great morale boost after a 17h drive! Amazing food, helpful staff. The rooms were spotless and modern. All of our group of 15 people was exceedingly happy with this place!

The Hosts, Bozo and Stefan are two of the kindest, most genuine human beings we’ve ever met, their warmth and hospitality made us feel instantly at home, as if we were visiting old friends rather than meeting for the first time. They have a beautiful way of blending spirituality, nature, and hospitality into something magical that you can feel in every moment spent here. The property itself feels like a sanctuary. Surrounded by rolling green hills, it offers breathtaking sunsets, the kind that make you pause and savour the moment. They grow their own fresh vegetables, which adds to the wholesome and authentic feel of the stay. The connection to the land is palpable, making every moment feel like a gift. Adding to the charm, you’ll find three joyful border collies, a majestic horse named Freya, and two sweet cats. These animals create a sense of harmony between humans, nature, and the animals around you, making every day extra special. Whether you’re relaxing in the peaceful surroundings, connecting with the animals, or enjoying produce straight from the garden, this place is pure bliss. The views are spectacular and soul-resting, the kind of scenery that makes you breathe a little deeper and smile without realizing it. During our time in Croatia, Svetliraj was by far the best accommodation we stayed in. Leaving was the hardest part, as we’re already missing it. We will absolutely be returning. If you’re looking for a stay that combines nature, warmth, spirituality, and unforgettable hospitality, this is the place for you. Thank you, Bozo and Stefan, for the truly unforgettable experience.
