Friendly atmosphere and helpful.

The hotel is a training site for high school students of tourism, and it is connected to the school building. All is completely new, well designed, equipped and organized, set to serve as a good model for the students. There is also a restaurant, serving quite nice food. Altogether a very good place to sleep over when on the road to or from the seaside. We even got a sack of small promotional presents, as being among the first round of guests. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, food fabulous and the fantastic staff where extremley welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Very good accommodation. Repeated stay. Highly recommended. Nice old building (historical curia / castle) but renovated in modern style with all necessary modern equipment (climatization, wifi). Even if the temperature outside was 38 °C, inside was climatization at around 23 °C what allow us to feel very comfortable. It is a protected cultural property (heritage) what allows you during stay to forgot all the worries of everyday life. The personal is very polite. The foot in the restaurant is very tasty.

The hotel is located not very far from the main road and is the perfect and not expensive place to stay if you are going transit by car and don't want to visit Zagreb. The hotel has a restaurant and spacious parking.

Room was very clean and staff very helpful. The breakfast I didn’t have it because I left hotel 5:30 . I was very happy and surprised how good service was !

They have a beautiful way of blending spirituality, nature, and hospitality into something magical that you can feel in every moment spent here. The property itself feels like a sanctuary. Surrounded by rolling green hills, it offers breathtaking sunsets, the kind that make you pause and savour the moment. They grow their own fresh vegetables, which adds to the wholesome and authentic feel of the stay. The connection to the land is palpable, making every moment feel like a gift. Adding to the charm, you’ll find three joyful border collies, a majestic horse named Freya, and two sweet cats. These animals create a sense of harmony between humans, nature, and the animals around you, making every day extra special. Whether you’re relaxing in the peaceful surroundings, connecting with the animals, or enjoying produce straight from the garden, this place is pure bliss. The views are spectacular and soul-resting, the kind of scenery that makes you breathe a little deeper and smile without realizing it. During our time in Croatia, Svetliraj was by far the best accommodation we stayed in. Leaving was the hardest part, as we’re already missing it. We will absolutely be returning.
