SpainVery nice place to stay for a visit at the lakes. The host is amazing and receives you with a drink. The breakfast is luxurious and made at the moment (eggs, pancakes etc). The room very spacious and clean. Beds and pillows amazing. Wifi connection very strong. Parking right in front for free and there is a nice terrace to sit where we met other guests and had a fantastic night.

The staff, especially the receptionist and the breakfast team, were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and varied – we particularly enjoyed the cottage cheese and apple strudels. Everything was great, and we would be happy to return in the future.

We had an unforgettable stay at Ethno Houses during the winter! The snowy surroundings were like something out of a fairytale, and the cosy atmosphere of the property made it the perfect retreat from the cold.
The room was warm, clean, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches . Waking up to breathtaking views of snow-covered landscapes was an absolute highlight.
The staff were amazing, always ensuring we were comfortable and offering great tips for enjoying the winter activities nearby, especially the sledge for the kids and the kids area, which were an add-on. The kids also loved the small farm, especially the cute pony :)
After a day in the snow, it was such a treat to come back and enjoy activities such as table tennis. It was truly a magical winter escape, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a cosy, snowy getaway!"

We enjoyed our stay here, it’s a peaceful and quiet spot surrounded by nature. The room was spacious, very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was available. If you plan to visit Plitvice National Park through the main entrance number 1, like we did, you’ll need a car, but it’s also possible to walk from the B&B to entrance number 3, which is super convenient. We also found a small shopping area about 15 minutes away by car with a Tommy Maximarket, gas, pharmacy, and other stores, perfect for grabbing some ready meals or anything you might need (https://maps.app.goo.gl/U52EPwUbHtsJECUA8).

The rooms and the property were really very good. They were very supportive for the parking and also the breakfast was the best in the money paid. Its close to the south entrance for the national park and very well placed in the nature.

Only great things- just a breath-taking Plitvice Lakes National Park! That was the focus of our trip. There were many nearby areas of beauty and fun things to do that we missed. You need a few days in this area of Croatia!

The B&B Plitvica Hill was great.
The B&B Plitvica Hill was great. The owner was there to answer any questions and help you get settled in. The room are all new and very well set up. The beds were great. My wife and I would sleep to much.

Plivice Lakes National Park is a must see.
Plivice Lakes National Park is a must see. Natural beauty takes your breath away. It was the higlight of our tour, because we have never seen a reserve like this. Jezerce is only 5-10 minutes drive from on of the entrances to the park.
Jezerce itself is beautiful and reminiscent of the Swiss Alps.

Stayed for 1 night whilst passing through. Few nice little bars and churches. Struggled to find anywhere to eat that wasn’t fast food. Managed to find 1 restaurant which had home cooked food which was good.

If you are looking for beautiful valley scenery and as a base for Plitvice and Velebit then it is ideal. The area is good value for money and Otocac itself has a good choice of grocery stores, bars and bakeries. The restaurant choice is a bit limited, with most places doing a very similar menu, so for longer stays this could be an issue.

This is a great place to base yourself when visiting the Plitvice NP. We only did a one night stay on transit between Zagreb and Zadar. There are lots of different sights to see, so wish we had a few days. There are caves and more waterfalls to see outside the National Park. The main township was much bigger than we expected. Amazing area. We ate at the family owned restaurant in a big orange building on the Eastern edge of Korenica, Restaurant Sapena. Fabulous grilled trout, and the best grilled meat platter ever.

We were there in April and went just for Plitvic lakes, it was quite cold in the morning & evening, glad we had our puffer jackets. An absolute bonus was the gorgeous little village of Rastoke, stunning and the best food of our entire 2 weeks in Croatia.

Wonderful place!
Wonderful place! Close to Plitvica Jezera and to Bosna, you can reach a long list of beautiful towns and natural sites in a short time driving, both in Hrvatska and Bosna.
The village is small and quiet with gourgeous natural areas all around (not only Plitvice or Una river Narodni Park...).
An excellent choice, highly recommended!

I think this place for relaxing like our Carpathians in Ukraine. Calm, nature, views and just you (at least in the evening).
I stayed for one night because visited Plitvice lakes. For that trip in my opinion this place not very suitable - 8km from the park. You can get there just by car or taxi. There is no public transport or I don’t know about it.
Although I enjoyed my stay.

A unique park with a series of interconnecting lakes and numerous waterfalls. It is an incredibly beautiful place. There are walkways between the lakes, sometimes of wood (over water) and sometimes of dirt and stone. The wood walkways are not wide and if crowded it can be difficult to pass. But the walkways allow the visitor to experience the beauty and uniqueness of the waterfalls and lakes. Our hike, which included stopping for photos, lasted 2 hours, and we selected a short trail. We could easily have spent a full day at the Park. There were four of us and we agreed that we had never seen a place like Plitvice.
