Perfect place for vacation with kids: There are lots of details for kids that I've never seen at any other site, even a separate food court, spa, and gym. The food was great, there was a robot working in the dining space as well. The view is fantastic, great pools, pleasant employees, big and safe parking.

I had the best time at Eden Hotel: it offers everything you could possibly expect and need. Absolutely loved the indoor and outdoor spaces, all the facilities (gorgeous gym, spa, beach, pool, restaurants…) and the staff super polite, friendly and welcoming. We were truly amazed with the high standard service we received at The Melegran! The staff was extremely kind and very helpful :D they made our stay a joyful one! What also stood out to us was the décor of the room and the hotel itself. It is so uniquely decorated with a lot of taste! This place is just wow! Best value/price accomodation ever been. Super organized parking and boat transport to the island. The room was spacious, extra-extra clean, and well-equipped. Wide selection for breakfast, juices, coffee, everything what you need. The staff was extremly friendly, and helpful big respect to them. Plenty of opportunities for both children and adults. We will definitely be back.

The town was perfect size so walking is easy for everyone.

The town was perfect size so walking is easy for everyone. Please note the cobbled streets can be a little slippery so fancy high heeled shoes are a No-No! The local people are kind and friendly and everyone is catered for. Little tip:- book restaurants early to avoid disappointment not obtaining a reservation.

Nice quiet little stone Istrian town full of charm and history. It is nicely located for easy access to Rovinj and Pula. It is also a great starting point for biking as well. You must dine at the La Grisa restaurant and Borghetto restaurant.

This is not a tourist location but a small peaceful village. There are a couple of cafe/bar/pizza joints & two small supermarkets. The countryside on the outskirts of the village was lovely & rural. It's only 15 minutes from Rovinj.

I liked the chance to find a beach that suits you, wheather you like bigger rocks, sand, natural shade, more hidden parts... There are many options for short trips with children by car: Cape Kamenjak, Aquarium Pula, Dinopark Funtana, Safari Brioni, or just evening trip to beautiful Fažana. You can visit points, like Sv. Foška or old military forts along the coast.

I would love to return to this old town to explore more. We arrived too late and left too early to get to our next stop. We only got to walk abit around town. It would have been so nice to explore the church etc.

It is very convenient for us that Bale is somewhere in the middle between Pula and Rovinj, also many great sights to see such as Kamenjak, also a lof of small islands to visit. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and it was much too short! Could visit for a month.

Barbariga has many cheap and good open restaurants and pubs .... Barbariga and old Barbariga is a some kind of holiday resort for familys with children and many wild and also arranged beaches with many trees with natural shadow and arranged 2,5 wide path. You can reach everything around in 0,5 to 3 km distance by foot, bicycle or a car.

This was my third visit to Croatia in three years - it's just wonderful. Rovinj is so inspiring and beautiful and charming I got three stories and lots of pictures from my visit for my magazine here in the USA. Don't think about it - GO! Rovinj, 'bless you, I'll be back and pronto!!

Bale is located within driving distance to bigger tourist attractions (Pula, Brijuni/Fazana, Rovinj are 20-25 min away), which makes it close enough to explore and far enough to avoid noise and crowds. I loved its location, because it is also convenient for outdoor activities (proximity of sea, biking, hiking). I loved the old city, cobbled streets, beautiful vistas. I would recommend it equally to those looking for an active vacation experience or to those just looking to relax.
