The hotel was immaculate. The location is amazing, right on the seafront in Preko, just a short distance from the ferry port. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to help you. The breakfast is delicious and I would highly recommend booking and eating in the restaurant for lunch or dinner.. the freshest fish cooked to perfection 👌🏻 There's space to lie and relax by the pool or the seafront and a sauna at the pool area. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a terrace at the front with views over the sea.

We stayed at this hotel very last minute and it had only been open around 6 weeks so we weren't sure what to expect. The hotel is still not quite finished but that didn't have much of an impact on our experience, there's just some small snagging issues that I'm sure will be resolved soon. The hotel is however fabulous. In a great spot on beautiful Ugljan just a short walk from lovely restaurants, the sea and a couple of local shops. The decor is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable and the view from the balcony is lovely. There is a small pool/deck area being created on a terrace off the gym which will be fabulous when complete. The real crowning glory of the hotel however are the staff and the food! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, had excellent recommendations and answered all my questions and gave suggestions of where to go and what to see. The restaurant is also absolutely excellent. The food was probably the best we had during our stay and priced so well so we ended up eating there numerous times. Again, the restaurant staff were brilliant, exactly the kind of people you would want working for you and really made you feel at home.

Exceptional hotel, the attention to detail is world class from the point of reception through to departure. The dinning experience is made to make you feel like you are the only people that matter, using the finest of ingredients all served with great attention. The rooms are top end luxurious and only a very short walk to the lovely swimming pool with a tremendous view. We will be back.

Just 50 metres from the Adriatic Sea with beaches and a small marina, Hotel Stari Dvor is situated on the island of Ugljan. The restaurant serves local, freshly prepared specialities.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Stari Dvor on the island of Ugljan. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. Our room was spotless, air-conditioned, and very well maintained. The hotel also offers free parking, which was a great convenience. Its strategic location, just a short walk from the beach, was a huge advantage and added greatly to our relaxing holiday experience. Breakfast was served buffet-style and, although the selection remained consistent each day, it was varied enough to easily create a different and satisfying combination every morning. Dinner, on the other hand, was simply outstanding – a true symphony of flavors, prepared with precision and creativity. The presentation was beautiful, and every dish delighted both the eyes and the taste buds. I would gladly return to this hotel again, and I wholeheartedly give it the highest possible rating.
