The golf club location in a rural green setting excellent, and the decor with a timeless elegance of a forgotten era with pressed ceilings, and brought back many memories. Just superb, absolutely lovely.

The overall atmosphere was unique, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were very helpful with suggestions of shat to do and where to eat. The breakfast and evening drinks were wonderful.

Special request were fulfilled in advance, despite being kinda nonsensical. The staff got a good sense of humour and the breakfast was great!

Perfect location, staff were lovely. Chamber and reception staff were exceptional. Weekend staff in dining room were not as attentive as the week day staff who were excellent even though there were only two people on. Breakfast was just okay, adequate for our needs but half way through our stay we went off the fried food - there were plenty of choices but I would have preferred more fruit choices. Lovely swimming pool, sauna and steam room but spa wasnt working unfortunately. Close to Waterford and Tramore, lots of local restaurants, bars and shops within a short drive so we were very happy and would definitely return.

This is a lovely hotel right on the river and a short walk to the center. My room overlooked the river. Free parking. A nice pub is attached to the hotel. I would have gladly stayed longer if my itinerary allowed.

What didn't I like. The Hotel is very beautifully decorated and the room was just gorgeous and spacious. There even was a small coffee machine in the rooms. And the huge rainfall shower...perfect. The breakfast also...just perfect. I have no complaints.
