This place was exceptional! Newly opened and the bedrooms and suites are pure luxury. Amazing beds and shower. The decor is so different and classy. The location is fantastic in the centre of town. We strolled across the road for dinner after a pre drink in the cellar wine bar (in the premises) and returned for a post dinner drinks. The atmosphere was brilliant too. Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included too and lots of choice and really tasty. We loved the sweets!

Killarney has so much to offer.

Killarney has so much to offer. Walks into the National park, shops, restaurants and great entertainment. Easy access to Ring of Kerry, Dingle, Bearra Peninsula. So so much to offer. Our favourite places to visit - Ross Castle, Muckross House and Dinis Cottage. Dennaugh Cottage , Kenmare and Castlecove beach on Ring of Kerry. A must visit is Strawberry Fields Pancake house on Road from Molls Gap and of course Kate Kearneys and the Gap of Dunloe.

    Lots to do and see!

Lots to do and see! If thing I would suggest if it's raining or cloudy at all don't go to sea!! We went to the Skelligs. €295 for 5 of us, couldn't see much! Disappointing to say the least! The Skellig Museum on Valentia island across the bridge was surprisingly very good. It looks funny outside & we didn't rate it much! The back of it is what you see first! The take away on the pier was disappointing. Fish & chips wasn't what you'd think it would be beside the sea. The food in both local pubs fabulous. Best to book the Moorings for evening meals. It's very busy. Kerry cliffs well worth seeing also.

A lovely town in a great location for visiting the Ring of Kerry. Plenty of nice walks, climbs, beaches and fantastic scenery. Kells beach and Kells Bay and Gardens are close by as is the lovely pilgrim walk up Cnoc na dTobar. A good base to visit Valentia Island. Plenty of historical interest including the old Workhouse and Daniel O Connell's birthplace. Some nice restaurants, including the lovely Oratory Pizza restaurant and QCs.

It's just 20 mins away from Kilarney National Park - which we visited last (just the Waterfall) Perfect if you plan on visiting Ring of Kerry and wish to take a lap around it - we have managed to see all the highlights (northern-side, i.e. Cahersiveen, Valentia, ending on the Cliffs of Kerry, then driving through the south absolutely gobsmacked with the views) If you want to visit Ring Of Kerry we recommend 2 days there as we wish we spent more and explore South side - definitely visit Valentia and Cahersiveen (coffee at Lazy Cat with view at the cathedral and shopping in the near gift shop) The views or Ring of Kerry are spectacular - Canary Islands, Canada, Zakopane, Peru (one word: Ireland), all mixed up! BIG LOVE!

    A great little village.

A great little village. Only 1 shop in the fuel station, but it was just about enough. Beach close by (Rossbeigh), although Kells beach was much nicer as it's more secluded and out of the wind. Unless you want the wind! Few nice short and long walks accessible from Glenbeigh.
