- From US$122.51 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 668 reviewsBeautiful space, we only stayed one night but we wish we could have stayed longer. It had even more amenities than you usually find at a hotel (e.g. board games, picnic blankets, and even a nespresso machine)! Very clean kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed, very spacious. We wish that we had time to use the bbq and heated outdoor area. The staff were very communicative before and during arrival. This has converted me to a glamping enthusiast!Guest review byVictoriaUnited States
- From US$290.52 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,427 reviewsWe really enjoyed our stay at Fota island. We were looked after by Beverley who checked us in and out. That girl is an absolute credit to the resort. Very helpful and after what ended up being a very long adventure due to the weather cheered us up and got me and my partner back into vacation mode. Great lady. Pool, sauna and rooms i couldn’t fault. Would 100 percent recommend.Guest review byMatthewUnited Kingdom

Loved Galway, our lodging was convent to all local, walkable and parking easy behind the lodge. The only down was no elevator but noticed not many places in Ireland had elevators but for two seniors lugging suitcases up stairs want to easy.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
Cork is a very vibrant, walkable, trendy city.
Cork is a very vibrant, walkable, trendy city. I highly recommend doing the get on - get off bus and getting off at any stops that interest you. There's so much more to the city than just the centre hub. The English market is great for all your fresh food needs! Meat, veg, fish, baking ... Especially if you've got a kitchen where you're staying! It was exciting to explore through there. The old Cork Gaol was very interesting. We spent hours there exploring rooms and I highly recommend the audio tour. You're not going to get the same experience from the paper tour. Our time in Cork just wasn't long enough! We had breakfast at Spitjacks ... I highly recommend! Visit the Blarney castle! Go early & try to be 1 of the first up to the stone if you're doing that ... The crowds come thick & fast & if you're back at the beginning of the castle, it can be up to an hour wait & longer. Explore the gardens ... They're full of really cool stuff! There's not really a lot to do in Blarney itself but a stroll in the garden is great!Guest review byTePaniaAustralia - 8.0
A lovely area, friendly people.
A lovely area, friendly people. There is a lot to keep you entertained and plenty of sights and things to do. The pubs are also brilliant, some having great music for you to dance to. I will definitely be back. The horse and trap are a must do, great way to see Killarney. The town is within walking range from Earls Court House. It is an easy town to get around and a good array of places close by to sight see. You must walk the park, so relaxing and you feel as if you are out in the country and not a town. Wonderful place.Guest review byPaisis - 10.0
We really enjoyed Limerick. The people were lovely.
We really enjoyed Limerick. The people were lovely. The food was great. The city centre is compact and easy to get around. The Treaty City Brewery was a high spot as were the Museum of Limerick (really helpful staff) and the People's museum (shared their enthusiasms with us). We enjoyed the street art very much.Guest review byRuthUnited Kingdom - 10.0

One of the most magnificent & dramatic landscapes in the world. I loved hiking in the area. The beaches are world class (you need a wetsuit to swim) & on sunny days, the greens of fields and pasture are positively vibrant. I did fine w/o a car - Ireland has a great network of local buses. Furthermore, the Irish are remarkably hospitable and kind.Guest review byCristina - 8.0

Local pubs were fun and the people very friendly. Started at The Railway, visited the Sligo Abbey then ate and had a couple pints of Guinness at Hargodan’s after went to O’Neill’s Bar to finish off the evening.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

we almost didnt think of traveling this far north, but Westport is well worth the drive. A special treat was the Westport House and grounds, which were in walking distance of the property. I loved going into these stores: Forget Me Not and Distinctly Donegal. I enjoyed my conversation with the owner/creator of the beautiful silver jewelry at Distinctly Donegal. I will check out her website! I loved going to Slieve League and would’ve liked to spend more time hiking there.Guest review byCarolynUnited States - 10.0
Gus O'Connor's in Doolin is a top notch restaurant.
Gus O'Connor's in Doolin is a top notch restaurant. The Aran Islands are a hop, skip and a jump via the Doolin Ferry and e-bike and standard bike rentals are fast and easy once you land on the islands. There are grocery stores in nearby Ennistymon 15-20 minutes by car. Fanore---20 minutes to the north---is home of the Caher Valley Loop Walking Trail. One loop is about 9 miles...the other about 10-11 miles. Spectacular views...worth the steep climb! Kilkee---about an hour to the south---has a wonderful Cliff Walk that offers views as good as the Cliffs of Moher.Guest review byDavidUnited States - 10.0

I’ve hardly missed a yearly trip to Tralee in over 40 years I’ve been to every attraction in Tralee and surrounding areas nowadays I take a more leisurely approach a few pints meet up with longtime mates and generally have a good time! Usually visit Sean ogs, corner bar, mall bar, greyhound bar ,the huddle bar etc!and for the best and freshest fish on the planet quinnauls near the square!Guest review byAnonymousUnited Kingdom
