Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

Everything was very memorable and unique. From the airport pick up to welcome ceremony to check in… employees are highlight of this place. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting a team member at the restaurant. Her name is Kashish. She was so friendly and professional. Her big smile was something I will remember when I think of this stay. I wish I could mention everyone’s name. Everyone was just amazing and extremely professional and friendly. The food quality above five star and variety of choices suit this hotel very well. I stayed at the Leela Ambience on my back home and it wasn’t the same experience. I was disappointed about Ambience Leela because I thought I would experience the same hospitality. So what makes the Leela Palace unique and memorable is definitely the employees. The room size is perfect and the luxury you experience is about comfort and relaxation. I highly recommend this palace to all. You will love it. ❤️🙏

Extremely beautiful place, breathtaking location!! It's definitely one of the best hotels that I have stayed at during my numerous trips to India. Room was spacious, being there felt like living in maharaja's palace, in fact - my suite used to be king's apartment in the past. Delicious food, extreme cleanliness and, above all- super professional, friendly and helpful staff. I don't have enough words to praise this hotel, those who enjoy history of India, awesome architecture and unforgettable views plus romantic sunsets- should at least once in a lifetime visit this charming place. Everything was great, particularly the hotel staff, who were very helpful and smiling. I liked the staff were enthusiastic about their job, seemed happy and promptly fulfilled our requests. Communication was super uncomplicated. The manager on duty went a step forward to find us best solution to a particular problem and took personal interest in assuring that we were well served. + complementary early checking & extra bed in room + spacious rooms + wide range of choices for breakfast + arranged transfers (we had a special situation here that was very well handled) + great location (community center nearby with shops, ATMs, eateries and easy access to public transport) Staying again next week before flying out of India
