We had an amazing 3 day stay. The location is fantastic, right on the corner of two main streets but behind other buildings so it doesn't get too noisy. Everything was perfectly clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable though a bit short. Overall definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed 3 weeks in Rudram hotel. From the beginning a warm welcome. We were received as part of the family. They did everything to make our stay wonderful. Everything is extremely clean, 2 ladies were ongoing taking care of that. From 8am till late evening you can order meals, they are freshly coocked and delicious. Filtered water is available. Airport shuttle and laundry service are available. There was always somebody at the reception helping when we needed something or for questions and advice. We loved everything. The property was in the perfect location along the banks of the Holy river Ganges. The lush gardens were like an oasis which created the atmosphere of relaxation amongst the beauty of nature. The room was large,cleaned daily and very comfortable. the toiletries provided were of a very high standard (forest essential products)The staff were outstanding tending to your every needs. We were totally spoiled by the entire staff for our wedding anniversary by: a bunch of red roses,freshly baked anniversary cake, floral sign across our bed then a bottle of champagne for dinner together with a private table on a private deck with music and another chocolate freshly baked anniversary cake. To top this off everywhere we went on that day, in the resort, the staff would wish us a Happy Anniversary. WOW WOW WOW. I loved the morning yoga sessions by the river and the spa treatments added to the state of rest and relaxation. Spa staff were very friendly and professional. Happy Hour at the bar went for two hours. A bit pricey but worth every penny.

The hotel location is excellent offering best of both the worlds. its surrounded by lush greenery and dense tree cover and yet it is close to the bustling and happening hill station of Mussoorie. The breakfast was a lavish spread of various cuisines - continental, north Indian and south Indian. The presentation and layout was immaculate and the preparation was lip smacking. Above all the staff was ever ready to help and always had smiling faces. All in all a memorable experience - would definitely come again.

Great Hotel just a few minutes from Mall Road. Very professional staff and able to help you out anytime. Breakfast spread was amazing. Room spacious having amazing views to the valley. Hotel is huge with lots of room options. Special note: Last day of our stay our daughter was not well and the hotel staff went the extra mile to ensure that we helped. They sent one of their guys with us in the car to ensure that we were helped out on the route and at the hospital. Much appreciated.

The heritage property is stunning with beautiful lawns and spacious rooms: maintaining its old world charm with wooden floors and high ceiling, the history of the property is conserved which makes it more delightful to stay there. The rooms maintained their old world charm with comfortable beds, a study, walk-in wardrobe and sitting lounge. Ease, the staff. Gym was superb, location- I ended up giving a video testimonial. What I loved was, my daughter was talking with a friend till about 4 am (teenagers!!) And the security guy asked her to use the banquet hall! I mean the care and calmness these folks have - who does it! So I would recommend this anytime! And yea, they gave us late (VERY LATE) checkout by 4 hours at 800 rs.. which is really cool!

Reach Mall-road from Library chowk before 5 PM, so that you can pay the fee and enter and park your car inside Mall-road. The paid parking inside is better. The paid parking outside Mall-road is very far and prices are insane. Be careful while you shop, you have to bargain hard! Do take the trolley to the Gun hill point - The view from the top is amazing. Avoid rainy days as you cannot travel and there is no view.

Haldwani is very neat and clean small town. This town gives traveller very good connectivity to kaichi dhaam, nainital, bhimtal and further up hill like Rudraprayag, Devprayag kausani. There are very good facilities of buses and taxi. Again taxi quotes very high rate. I had booked taxi from Haldwani to Kausani. We wanted big car Artiga or innova but they started with 10k for the drop. Finally after lots of barggeing and arguments they agreed @ 4000 This was not a good experience, again no honesty,cab drivers don't even think twice before quoting twice or sometimes triple the amount. This is not my first time experience,I have been traveling with my husband and daughter past 7 years in Uttarakhand and Himachal. I found Lack of honesty in mountains.

The temple is awesome and hence very crowded.

The temple is awesome and hence very crowded. It is a good idea to have prior registration. One should do the Rishi Ganga and Charan Paduka trek above the temple which is directly in the path of Mount Neelkanth
