Everything was perfect, to point out: - breakfast choice and quality of food - friendly, proffesional and helpful staff - dinner degustation menus, top notch dinig - spa and all of the resting areas with comfortable beds- privacy, view, comfort - the hotel bar- great staff, very creative coctails, quality wine, music or a little christmas market on the terrace - the little lake house with private sauna- extraordinary experience to jump to the lake and then have a cup of tea - big parking garage with many electric chargers - the infinity pool - garden We had memorable and calm Christmas at the hotel and would come back anytime. I have visited Kaltern for many years now and just recently found this gem - by far my favourite new hotel in the village. It has been completely renovated and just opened. It's beautifully located in the middle of vineyards - yet its in the city center, with an amazing view of the village (and even the lake). The rooms were great: sizeable and very very cozy, furnished with taste and a lot of attention to detail. The hotel has its own wine bar & bistro, with great food and wine (breakfast was AMAZING!). All of the staff was super nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back!

Magical and most wonderful stay in Italian Alps surrounded by vineyards! So so beautiful and located in charming town with quite few restaurants and bars only short walk from the hotel, but it is steep hill to walk down and back up again:) Swimming pool, breakfast, rooms where amazing, spacious and never felt too crowded. Great tranquil stay, exactly what we needed!
