This is a modern resort with semi-attached bungalows and our stay was very pleasant. The bungalows were comfortable, with comfortable patios and a kitchen. The swimming pool and lush green surroundings added to the charm. The staff's helpfulness and politeness made the experience even better. Plus, the nearby city of Cefalu is lovely. Highly recommend this peaceful getaway!

Great hotel, if you want just rest and do nothing. It was our case, so we are happy. Great stuff, good bars and tasty cocktails , good beach, many different tasty food - all you need to relax. They gave us bottle of prosecco and cake on birthday - it was very kind. One of best relaxing hotel

On the outskirts of Madonie, in a very beautiful location, it has great potential. Even on the hottest days, a refreshing environment awaited us on our return from our excursions. The family was very attentive and helpful, the service and food were perfect. We had a very happy stay.

Comfortable bed, the whole apartment was very clean. Breakfast was excellent in nearby restaurant with a great selection of both savory and sweet stuff, great handmade coffee by a barista. Fruit and vegetable included. If you love breakfast, this is the place for you to stay.

Castelbuono is a beautiful midieval town with the best food that I have had during my travels in Sicily. Beautiful mountain scenery and very laid back. It is not on the main tourist trail which makes it even more special.

The property owner was fabulous - plenty of information and follow up. Very easy to contact and ask questions of. The system whereby the A/C is controlled by a key switch is excellent and sustainable - first time we had seen it. Would recommend this property to those wanting to escape the crowds of Cefalu.

Not much around the resort; heading to Cefalù is a definitely MUST do. I didn't know about it in advance; and if I did, I likely would have cut short my resort stay and mix it with a couple of nights here. Definitely worth the visit.

Gangi won the award for best village in Italy 7 years running. It is very historical and located 1000 metres high near the Madonie mountains with outstanding scenery. Best to park at the top of the village where the tourist trail around the village starts

this stay was the perfect balance of new and very well designed plus the feeling of the old style. Tips for a great review. Who had a wrong Google Earth had the direction wrong? Apple Maps sure that the address is clear with Apple Maps. It took us a while to find it because it went down the wrong road. another thing is that two small coupons for a for a breakfast somewhere, does not fit the description of breakfast included.

I was completely stunned by the beauty of Polizzi Generosa...

I was completely stunned by the beauty of Polizzi Generosa and its surroundings. I didn't imagine it would be quite as beautiful architecturally, as interesting or as breathtaking, as it was. The surrounding mountains are truly majestic and the vistas are outstanding. There are so many wonderful streets to wander and so much to admire. If you love history, nature, architecture, food and warm people, then this is a place for you! It's the kind of place you could visit anytime of the year, as I believe there are ski fields close by for the snow bunnies. We would recommend Baroon Bistro for cosy dinners of very authentic local food and great interiors. We also loved the Bar Trinità at the Belvedere. They make a lot of their own products and their Arancini are sensational! The sunsets seen from the Belvedere are extraordinary, especially when accompanied by a cocktail and pizza from the nearby Trinità bar!

Gratteri resort is a great resort to relax. Staff and owner Antonio are extremely friendly and helpful. Room is great with nice view over Gratteri and mountains. Also breakfast and diners are great at the resort. We highly recommend a stay at this resort

Lovely little town, with loads of places to eat and drink. Close to Cefalu, but far away enough to not attract many tourists. It felt like a very authentic experience, where the waiters at the restaurant knew everyone who came in to eat, and the guests seemed to be old friends. Juts lovely atmosphere overall.

Very well situated place as one can easily get the motorway...

Very well situated place as one can easily get the motorway in no time and imerse in an harray of beautiful natural and historic places ranging from sea beach to snowy mountains, not to mention the nearby city of Palermo, should one opt to visit. Daily needs are close to get, but one has to have his own transport.
