✨ A peaceful gem in the Dolomites – even for a short stay ✨ We only stayed one night at Suàn Hotel in Ziano di Fiemme, but it left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — so kind, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance that added such a peaceful touch to our evening. Dinner was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and clearly prepared with care. We also really appreciated the wellness area: the included spa and jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax before bedtime. Everything was clean, serene, and beautifully maintained. Another small but great detail: parking was super easy, right in front of the hotel, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. Thank you, Suàn Hotel, for your warmth and hospitality. Even with just one night, we felt refreshed and well cared for. We hope to return one day for a longer stay! 💛

Excellent hotel with fabulous wellness centre.family room was great,spacious,with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and balcony with great view on alpe cermis.staff was very helpful in reception and also in the wellness centre.water in pool was warm enough with lot of jets and great view from the pool.there were 5 saunas and also sauna ritual is running every day.there were wather,tea,fruit and bar available.i have ordered ajurvedic massage-it was great,masseur was great really skillful,it was like in sri lanka-i highly recommend it.breakfast was great,there were varios breds,cheese,hams,jams,honeys,cakes,omelets on request as well as many types on coffee.there was possibility to make your own fresh juice.dinner was good,you need to order table in advance.you can choose from 15meals and houndreds of vines.parking was possible in garage or outside when you have too tall car with skibox.

We booked this last minute and when we arrived it was an excellent choice. The young guy on reception was extremely helpful. When we went to breakfast the following morning, they had put a ‘Happy Birthday’ note on the table for my husband. They’d obviously picked this up when we had to hand over our passports when we checked in the previous afternoon! Thanks so much. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is the most charming hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything was perfect: from location, staff, room. There was a plenty to choose from for the breakfast. And we got really helpful advice from the staff about the things that we were interested in. In overall, we felt here like we are at home. And we would gladly come again.

Our family absolutely loved this hotel! All the services were at a high level, and we especially enjoyed the kids’ playroom and the spa treatments. The pool and sauna were fantastic, with a breathtaking view from the steam room. We highly recommend this place, especially for families with children. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful views around. Very friendly staff, so caring and helpful, full of possitive italian energy. Each dinner was delicious. The rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel is located out of the way, in a very little village, from where you move by car adoring this amazing landscape. Yes, I reccomend.

The hotel is even nicer live than in the website. A lot of wood, a really nice wellness area, perfect price quality ratio. Rooms are clean and with wood, I think the only thing they could restyle are the bathroom, little bit dated. But all perfect!!

A charming little mountain town with all the amenities. Close to other towns of the area and to the well managed ski resorts of Latemar, Ceramis, and Alpe Lusia ( Beautiful views with comfortable runs for intermediates and beginners) We ate well at L'Bortoleto( formal dining) and MZ millenium, Montanara and HB burgers ( casual dining). You don't pay the excessive prices of places like Cortina.

I loved this place!

I loved this place! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was perfect; it backed onto a forest so it was very quiet and peaceful. However, in just a few minutes walk I was in the town centre. Upon checkin I was given a tourist card to visit various sights and a travel card to use on all the buses. This was very convenient when visiting nearby towns like Moena and Canazei. The owners were extremely kind and helpful; when I arrived, it was tipping with rain and they very kindly picked me up at the station. They also gave me a lift when I was leaving. I would most highly recommend Residence Lagorai!

A great town.

A great town. I've been there for the fourth time and will visit this place again. Perfect place. Close to restaurants and not far to the slopes. A historic and very atmospheric town. A lot of friendly people live here. Ancora restaurant well worth a visit. The waiters and bartender are very nice and treat customers the best in the world.
