The heart of hotel Eros is the staff. As I read in other reviews, it is quite accurate that Lorena and Stefania will do anything they can to make you have a pleasant stay. The same counts for the other staff members, but I have never seen anything in comparison to the kindness of Lorena and Stefania and their commitment to providing a happy and pleasant stay for the guests . Thank you for the fantastic and relaxing experience. We stayed for 4 days in Vulcano, but there is enough to do on the Island to stay even longer. Hotel Eros is located well and very well maintained. Definitly recommend this place.
