SwedenClean, friendly, fun, good food, nice gym with ac. Rooms were wonderful. The staff was amazing!! They all were so helpful and friendly, it really felt like a family. We lost a tiny necklace in the pool and the lifeguard spent hours trying to find it (which they did!) everything was great! Probably the best hotel I Have ever stayed on! 💕

JamaicaVery friendly receptionist who made the check in process simple. Breakfast was great. Both the Jamaican and Continental breakfast was good. Breakfast is included in reservation. They dont have dinners services currently but will give you good options. The hotel location is very central if you need a quick nice place to stay while doing business in the area or just a cozy stay. Parking was also available on site.

My stay has exceeded my expectations. Staying at the Iberostar star felt like home away from home. I stayed at the grand, which gave you exclusive access to the other two hotels on site. The scenery, the ambient, the beach, the pool, the atmosphere, the food, the music, and the weather. This hotel is breathtaking and awesome. The staff is brilliant , checking in went smoothly. I was greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. This hotel is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The room and the bed were equally comfortable. The bedding and the towels were comfy and soft against your skin. The entire staff, housekeepers, cleaners, securities, and the chef 👨🍳 were excellent. The food is excellent and there's lots of different types of cuisine to choose from, which is really good. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service that I was given during my stay. There's absolutely no question about returning back to the Iberostar in the very near future. Money well spent. Iberostar is simply the best !!!!! You are in my top 10 hotel. I am a solo traveller travelling from Europe to Africa, South East Asia, Canada, America, and the Caribbean. I have stayed in 5 Stars Hotel, and this is my first time staying at the Iberostar. The entertainment staff made you feel welcomed. The dining was excellent. Great food and service. We were impressed. Thanks to the staff in the Rose Hall Dining area especially Darren and Trudy Ann. Montego Bay is the happening city. Great beaches, hotels, shops, entertainment, activities and most of all the people. Great vibes Doctors Cave beach epic Also free beaches at Sunset beach and Emancipation park. Pork pit, Pier One and off course Pelican Grill great eating spots Easy to get around.
