It was a wonderful central positioned hotel which was a good value for money. We stayed in a different 4 star hotel in Aqaba and it was uncompareable. This one was much nicer and cleaner. The room was perfect, clean, spacious, airy, with a big window and balcony with a mountain view. They upgraded our room free so we got a room with a balcony. There was also a nice, modern and clean bathroom. The wifi and aircon were working perfectly, there was a fridge, too, every day we got a big bottle of water complimentary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Booking says you have to pay a 50 dinar refundable guarantee when you check-in but luckily we didn´t have to because we were leaving and we wouldn´t be able to spend that money. The beds were wide and very comfortable. Regarding breakfast - so much to choose from - different kinds of breads, croissants, danish pastry, cheeses, baklava, yohurts, pancakes, waffles, eggs, vegetable, fruits, hummus, typical local foods ... so we were satisfied.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I brought a big group of 17 people, and everyone was absolutely happy. Everything was great - the place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere. Staff was incredibly helpful and supported me with all the arrangements even before I arrived. The staff were kind and professional, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. I’d be happy to stay here again!

Super welcoming and helpful staff, they really cuddled us. Excellent quality of the linen, towels, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever tried! It was quite cold and windy, we couldn't enjoy for long the external pools, which are in a spectacular position. Would be nice to get back with warmer weather, we enjoyed the sauna instead! The beach is 1 minute away by car.

The hotel itself was fantastic but the crowning jewel in this hotel is the staff. We arrived from a night of camping, where I asked my girlfriend to marry me in the Wadi Rum. We were greeted at the hotel by a wonderful receptionist named Rataj, who made it her mission to look after us and give us the best experience we have ever had in a hotel. She organised the fantastic room staff, Kashif and his colleagues, to decorate our room in beautiful flowers. Every day our room was cleaned perfectly. We requested information about local scuba diving at reception, where Rataj gave us her own WhatsApp number, and told us she would take care of booking everything for us. We simply told her what we wanted to see and what time. A truly perfect hotel experience with incredible staff.

We stayed 3 nights at City Tower Hotel and, for sure, it was the perfect choice. The hotel, right near Aqaba Fort, is perfect situated and the rooms are offering a very nice view to the sea. The room was very nice with comfortable beds and we had a very good sleep after long days în Petra and Wadi Rum. The food was very good(we had a half board package). Also, the staff, very friendly and polite. We'll be back in Aqaba and 110% we'll choose City Tower Hotel again. Tips: very good coffe on the street back of the hotel. There is a guy with a small kiosk and the coffee is fantastic. Into the city, if you want a beer or a good wine, Ali Baba restaurant is the perfect place.

the hotel is conveniently located, the room has everything you need, even dental kits and individual washcloths, the view from the balcony to the pool is very good, you can see the mountains. the breakfast is varied. i liked the sauna and the hotel bus, which can take you to the right place in Aqaba and pick you up later. it was especially nice that the hotel is dog-friendly, we have a small dog and although it is smaller than a cat, finding a good hotel is usually a problem, here everything was top notch, thank you very much. sveshchenosets we will return and will recommend the hotel to friends.

Everything. It felt like a home away from home in the middle of one of the most beautiful places on earth. We stayed for 2 nights and we felt we wanted longer! Haytham was/is a wonderful host, he made us feel comfortable and nothing was impossible to make the stay as happy as it could be. He even helped us get back my coat we left in a previous hotel in Petra!!! The food, the experience and the Martian tent we couldn’t recommend enough. If you want authentic and 5 star experience this is your place.

Such an amazing city with welcoming community. Try visiting ghandour beach in the morning to avoid the crowd Your stay should be at Aquavista hotel or Captains hotel if you are on a budget. Most of the restaurants have amazing and delicious menu’s Ayla oasis have to be on your visit check list.

A mystical place it left me speechless with its natural beauty. The Wadi Rum Bedouin camp was an excellent choice.Only 10 minutes by Jeep from the Wadi Rum village. and you dont need to prebook Jeep Tours jsut book it directly with the camp on arrival. Exceeded my expectations

It is wonderful city.

It is wonderful city. We loved snorkeling in Berenice beach club. Dimitris coffee. We stayed at Bratus hotel, which was lovely stay. Mama gaia beach club is also something we will remember. My husband did underwater walk in diving center, which he enjoyed. I just could not go, becaue I got anxiety from white helmet they put on your head and they did not refund me. Also in Berenice beach club I paid for glass boat tour with snorkeling and there was not enough people so they cancel the trip and also no refund. But you can snorkel by yourself and it is enough.

Amazing Family Getaway in Aqaba, Jordan I recently had the pleasure of spending three days in Aqaba, Jordan with my family, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the city and its stunning landscapes. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beach. The water was incredibly clear and calm, perfect for a relaxing swim or enjoying the sun. My kids had an absolute blast. The gentle waves made it ideal for them to play and swim safely. We also had the opportunity to snorkel and see the beautiful underwater life, which was an exciting adventure for the whole family. The weather was absolutely perfect. With warm temperatures but a cool breeze, it was a great escape from the heat. It made our time at the beach even more enjoyable and allowed us to explore the city comfortably without feeling overheated. Beyond the beach, Aqaba has a rich blend of culture, history, and hospitality. We enjoyed delicious local food, and the people there were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more special. All in all, Aqaba provided the ideal mix of relaxation, adventure, and family fun. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway that combines both natural beauty and cultural richness.
