the room and the hotel were so clean and cosy that it felt like home. Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time. The hotel is located in an amazing place. However, please keep in mind that because the location is so exceptional some facilities like wifi are not available (in the end it's an adventure!). Staff of the hotel is very helpful and kind. They helped us to organize the canyoing which was on of our best experience in Jordan. The food prepared by the host is amazing (both breakfast and dinner).
