the room and the hotel were so clean and cosy that it felt like home. Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time. Wonderful breakfast and the special dinner was delicious, one of the best meals on our trip. Great location only 5 minute walk from the major sites. Very quiet rooms. You feel like you are in a very well-kept, very old building from the distant past, instead of a boring regular hotel. Good bathroom with amenities. The hotel is owned by a family, every member of which wants to be sure you are happy and comfortable. Great place to stay before departing for your flight, as it is close and you don't need to deal with Amman traffic. Would definitely stay again!

The new and modern Rumman Hotel is a cozy, family-run business. It is quietly located only a 10-minute walk from the historical centre of Madaba, also known as the City of Mosaics.
