Location: The Centara Grand in Osaka is located very centrally, 10 Minutes by foot to Namba Station. Right next to the Hotel is a very nice Shopping Mall with great Brands and a nice food court. Hotel: The Hotel itself was very very clean, the interior design was also of amazing taste. The big windows and the lighting made a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that i really enjoyed. The check-in was on the second floor and everything went flawless. The Hotel offers several restaurants you can visit, as well as in-room dining service 24/7. Room: Our Room had an absolutely amazing view of Osaka on the 19th floor. The room itself was the cleanest i had ever experienced, everything looked clean, new and fresh. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and everything was just on point. The TV offered a Chromecast and several other services like Netflix that i really enjoyed. Amenities: The room offered all the amenities you could need, from toothbrush to soap and conditioner. Service: The service was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast: The food was really amazing, some dishes are made fresh before you and the selection was great: western, japanese, european and even thai. All the meals were very delicious. The staff was quick and friendly during breakfast and i have no complaints. Overall: One of the best hotels i have ever been to, i would definitely stay here again. I really recommend this hotel.

Incredible location ( and I spent a long time worrying about where to book!) Walking distance to so many areas and about 5mins walk to Namba station. Shops, little arcades and restaurants right outside the door of the hotel, as well as 7eleven, so close, and Lawsons, too, so no need to have to use the metro with tired children, at night! Spacious room ( one bed family loft with bunk beds) with excellent sound proofing. Amazing board game area and general hotel games -cute idea. Laundry facilities were so handy. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Would 100% stay again if we’re lucky enough to return to Osaka.

This APA hotel is very good. Located very close to shin-Osaka station, very comfortable if you are traveling around Japan. Easy for day trips to Kyoto and other places. The area is quiet ( you don't hear the trains), not too much going on around. The staff was polite and helpful. Some speak English, some not. Breakfast was tasty, Japanese style, not too much choice, but enough for me. Some people wrote in the review that it's impossible to control the A/C in the room. Well in my room it was possible - you have a/C display on the bed. The bed is super comfy , I slept well.

- Hotel location is excellent. 5 mins from Namba Station, and basically right in the middle of all good restaurants. Lawson a convenience store which sells alcohol, snacks, food is opposite the hotel. - Rooms are very clean. Although its small but it is expected. Very comforable and clean. Good facilities. Check in was very fast. Took only 5 mins. They have an option of late checkout by paying 1000 yen for every hour you extend. Maximum you can extend is upto 2 pm i guess. - Staff are amazing as with all people we met in Japan.

Clean and really spacious room, small kitchen including e.g. microwave, fridge and cutlery. The location is absolutely top-notch, a few blocks from Osaka Castle and convenient subway connections from Shin-Osaka and Namba stations (from our perspective the most important train stations, e.g. for the Shinkansen and airport train). Friendly and flexible staff, e.g. regarding cleaning and changing towels. Considering the central location near busy streets, we were positively surprised by the peace and silence.

Hello The hotel has impeccable service. The rooms were clean, the food was spectacular. The location is the best, very close to the trains. The hosts were very kind and respectful. Osaka offers many different experiences for everyone.

Osaka offers many different experiences for everyone. The busy Dontonburri to quiet nooks for great dining experiences. Osaka Engine for great Ramen, Shogun Burgers for Wagyu beef burgers. And a short train ride to the best temple “Katsuji-temple” the most beautiful views and seeing the Daruma dolls in nature. Perfect.

We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.

Sakai is where the Black Ship finally stopped, it brough the first Portugese to Japan. The city is full of history and is where some of the best knives in the country are made. Easy to walk around, barely a tourist in sight, it is a wonderful counter balance to the frentic and congested Osaka scene. Highly recomend the knife factory and history tour, you can book that through Trip Advisor. Remi the guide was fantastic.

The area was close to a number of interesting sites. We visited an incredible vintage market at Expo '70 Commemorative Park. Travel to Katsuo Ji (my favorite!) was easy from this area. Our rental here was a great bargain.

To be truthful I stayed because I wanted to visit the airport as an aircraft spotter, so I did not look around a lot, however in the evening I did find an excellent Nepalese bar / restaurant, so much so that I never bothered to look for anywhere else the following two nights of my stay.

The breakfast was fantastic — so many options, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel, including our room, was spotless. I requested fresh towels daily, and they not only provided them but also made the bed each day. The views from our room, the restaurant, and the Sky Spa were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the Sky Spa’s large bath with that amazing view was the perfect way to unwind.

New and very reasonable price for the quality. Highly recommended for the travellers before the trip, but better to buy something to eat and drink around the station, before reaching this hotel by walk (10mins) as there are not many shops around.

Osaka is a modern city with a mix of everything you might need to do in Japan, moving in the subway/metro system is easy once you get a hang of it. Did some shopping but thought Dotonbori to be too crowded at nights, try to go in the morning, really close to Kyoto no need for shinkansen(bullet-train) which makes it nice for going and coming back around 30-50 minute train ride with several stops transfers. Enjoyed nature, history and adventure while visiting shrines, osaka castle 5/5 and universal studios

We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says...

We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says the first train to airport starts at 4:30 that’s why I booked this location but we turned out having to book a taxi ride which was 5500 yen just 6k to the airport 🥲

You are staying there Just for the sleep, nothing more. The room has it's own bath, massage chair, flat screen, all sorts of things. But it is poor in terms of hygiene and room service. However, you should keep in mind not to have high expectation, since it's considerably cheap.
