This hotel is outstanding in every way. It is like an oasis of peace and beauty in the middle of a busy, vibrant city. The staff is very friendly and professional, the hotel beautifully decorated, very clean and offers a great service. We loved the afternoons by the clean, peaceful swimming. The breakfast we great -- there was plenty of food -- the pool area was also nice -- nothing beats having a cold drink around teh pol after a hard day sightseeing :) the room was well maintained and very clean the staff were very helpful the entrance was rather imposing but once you get over this eveything was great

I can't recommend this place enough. The room is spacious and clean.. the hotel is in a good location. There is a coffee shop just in front that serves good coffee and nice pastries. But I would recommend this place 100 times because they are super kind and helpful. They do laundry and also help booking tickets. I would also recommend doing the tours with the guys here. Our tuk tuk driver and guide was Buntha. Since the first moment he picked us up, he was kind and smiling a lot. We booked a full day tour. He made our day so beautiful that we wanted to spend more time with him. He explains many interesting things .. so we stayed one more night to do one more tour. (Half day) And it was fantastic 🤩 I honestly would love that every person coming to Battamgan knows Buntha.
