This place is great.The owner Steve looks out for his guests and is very knowledgeable about the area and can direct you to whatever your needs maybe.It is set in a beautiful jungle environment and is very serene.Quiet and secure.The lighting and plumbing is good.Plenty of electrical outlets.It’s a 10 minute walk to the Crab Market, about 20 minutes to the beach.Steve can get you set up with a scooter or a bicycle.A well stocked and friendly convenience store is around the corner.Every one I met here was cool and it’s a beautiful location.Looking forward to going back.

Beautiful tropical oasis at the foot of Kep National Park. My 2nd floor room patio area was nestled in the canopy of the lush tropical landscape. The owner Patrick was easy going and extremely accommodating throughout my entire stay.

Lovely place and the hosts are truly wonderful and so helpful! Assisted us with our departure to rabbit island, and also let us wash some of our laundry there even though they didn’t offer laundry services. And the Italian food is absolutely amazing! The in house and the pizza that they get.

This hotel is massively underrated and a hidden gem - go check it out! Wow!! We were blown away by the cleanliness, the hospitality and the overall beauty of this property. The location was easy to find using GPS. It’s not on a main road which added to the tranquility. Such a calm & peaceful space to just unwind from the crazy city. We stayed for 3 amazing nights and everyday was like a breath of fresh air. It’s definitely off the beaten track, but a short 5 min walk to the main road. You would need some sort of vehicle or bike for convenience. A relaxing swimming pool was such a welcoming treat everyday. We always felt like we were far-far away! If you looking for tranquility & privacy, then this is definitely it! The charm of this place is definitely the hands-on manager and all the staff, all super friendly and extended their hospitality to us even though it was their national holidays. We always rate hotels on their people and not the small things, people makes a business - so Well Done & Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

Loved this place. perfect setting, nice bungalow, friendly staff, close to the beach and crab market, and good choice for breakfast. only stayed one night but would definitely stay again.
