Everything was exceptional! The stuff is all so kind, paying attention to details and treating me as a queen. I am traveling a lot and have been to many places, but here, the stuff and environment really made me feel special. The hotel is very new and clean. Everything in the room is flawless. The staffs are very welcoming and pleasant. The whole hotel is very relaxing, from the lobby to the pool. Walking distance to the pub street. We weren't able to taste the breakfast included since our tour started so early but they offered to pack us some breakfast meal.

We loved our stay in Siem Reap and The Elephant was our home during this time. After long days of visiting the temples around the Angkor Wat area, we were so happy to come back to the hotel and enjoy the beautiful pool and amazing food. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a big room, a comfortable bed, a bathtub on the balcony (nice touch) - everything made in an old colonial style. But what makes The Elephant special and what made it a temporary home for us is the staff. All the people working in the hotel were so kind, helpful, gentle and friendly. Thank you for making our time in Siem Reap wonderful! We hope to come back one day.

This hotel is awesome. The staff are so accommodating and lovely. Hotel is beautifully maintained and luxurious although not expensive. Everyone made me feel so welcome. The hotel is located very centrally but is very quiet and peaceful at night. I highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel though we only spent a night here. The room is spacious, spotless and was nice. The toilet was clean but a it was quite small. Breakfast was excellent. Nothing to worry about the location it wasn't far to the Town. They have a free pick up service from every Bus Station in the City in Siem Reap.

Amazing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff!! The food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel’s tuk tuk would drive me anywhere and pick me up on request at no charge if it was downtown or nearby. The property was very nice and peaceful. I felt safe as a female solo traveler and highly recommend this hotel. Once again the staff was so friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. I’m glad I stayed there! The amazing team! Everyone was so helpful friendly and attentive in making sure we were enjoying our stay! Rooms are comfortable, pool , gardens are so beautiful. The food is delicious, kitchen and pool bar are doing a fantastic job! Front desk and management team are doing an awesome job. Always so nice seeing Chef in the mornings at breakfast! We will hopefully come back to visit another time.

I'm coming to Cambodia to visit the temples and explore around, trying to find a place to stay, and this hotel is beautiful and well-maintained! it was perfect for us! The room was nice and clean, it was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable, not too hard or too firm. There's a balcony and the pool was nice with shades and seats for you to relax and get a few drinks by the pool, the Location was well-situated and not too far from shops or restaurants 10-15mins by foot for us. Staff were very welcoming and were very attentive while service was more then great for me and my partner, Look forward in coming back soon!

The hotel is lovely, very clean and comfortable (the air cin is almost too good) The pool is nice and relaxing and it's out of town so nice and quiet but just a quick ride in by tuk tuk. Staff are super friendly. We extended our stay to enjoy it more!

We didn't go to Siem Reap for Siem Reap.

We didn't go to Siem Reap for Siem Reap. I think almost everyone goes there for the temples nearby. The Angkor complex is unique in the world so I think is worth the visit . Town is nothing special and mostly where to base from for the temples around. Cheap stays, eats, drinks. APOPO demining rat centre and landmine museum worth the visits.

I had an excellent stay at Angkor Home 27th!

I had an excellent stay at Angkor Home 27th! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially loved the location — just a short walk to the city center but still peaceful and quiet. The complimentary breakfast, and swimming pool was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Siem Reap!

So much history, and the people are charming!

So much history, and the people are charming! We spent six days in the area and could easily have stayed another week. Siem Reap was one of our favorite areas on our 28-day trip in Southeast Asia. The Siem Reap area has not yet fully recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the tourism industry is still struggling. Local tour operators are operating at approximately 25% of their pre-COVID-19 tour levels, and many are struggling in the current economic environment. Don't let the border situation between Cambodia and Thailand deter you from visiting. The problems are limited to a small border area and are easily avoided. The area is safe and there are so many temples to visit -- not just Angkor Watt.

The host and hostess are very very friendly and helpful 😀 There are market closed to the home and made some noise till middle of the nights. Off course it is not their fault ... I strongly recommend to stay the house Thank you for your great support.

The place wonderful good location and room private pool and around areas nice view with garden or city view from this place just 5 km by Angkor Wat temple the owner Mr ley super helpful and friendly with us , am promises to come back here again , I am strongly recommend for all tourists to stay this place,
