Excellent new hotel at a very good location by the river. Hanok Village easy to reach by foot. Clean, spacious room with a view to river and park. Clean very nice bathroom. Big towels which is rare in Korea! Very helpful staff which knew some English. Good and easy parking. Breakfast with coffee, tea, toast, butter, marmelade and cereals. Good start for the day. Recommend.

Very beautiful hotel. It was very clean, felt like we were the first people to stay in this room. Bed was really comfortable. Big tv with Netflix, So we could relax after a full day of activities. We really enjoyed our stay and were a bit sad to leave.

we loved every single thing of this hotel. when we reached the hotel, we were so amazed how lovely it looked at the reception and the dining area. when we went into our room, we were equally happy with everything. the room was very beautifully presented and everything was new and so so clean. especially the bathrooms - no mould!! wow!!! i was extremely impressed. the laundry room too was exceptional. very impressed. the hotel too is very central. just a short walk to Hanock village and sightseeing and also very short walk to shopping.

It’s beautiful and the owner speaks Korean and English. It is very traditional and this is not a negative but it is different and you need to be prepared for that. This is an experience and a great one at that. But it is an old house and you sleep on traditional things mats and traditional pillows, it can be hard to sleep on for many days if you’re not used to it. There are many mosquitoes in summer so keep the door closed, there is an ac. He also gives you bug spray and water. It’s a wonderful experience and worth it, but best to know what you’re signing up for.

The Hanok is really very beautiful and very well maintained. The room was very clean and well equipped. I slept very well. The breakfast was good. It's on the second floor where you have a beautiful view of the village. I had transport problems and arrived very late in the evening but the host prepared everything for me so that I could settle in once I arrived. I had a lot of help finding the hanok. I would recommend it 100%

The reception staff were superb 👍. Very helpful and took extra effort to help us search for information as we do not speak the Korean Language. The 2 reception ladies could understand a little English which was very helpful to us. The night shift lady even guided us how to use the washing machine and dryer. Really thankful for her thoughtfulness. Always with a smile🥰. Breakfast was good with variety and local cuisine.

The part of Jeonju where we stayed is set apart from the...

The part of Jeonju where we stayed is set apart from the modern town. It is very touristy but a pleasant place to spend a few days. It is also convenient for access to the Maisan Provincial Park which is amazing.

Fair amount to site see...but could do so in a day or two. Moms across the street had great burgers. Fried Chicken and fries plate was unbelievable! Delicious and alot!!! Easy a dinner for two or an appetizer for an entire table. Went to see local Japanese styled Buddhist Temple and small Museum of Strife which documented Japanese occupation of the area.

Jeonju had a lot of authentic traditional experiences to...

Jeonju had a lot of authentic traditional experiences to learn about Korean culture and make different crafts. We really enjoyed making a pressed flower bukchae, making a traditional hanji paper out of mulberry fiber, and eating at the night market. We visited on a weekend, and it seemed like that was the time to be there, as several vendor tents had picked up on Monday morning.

Citta Slow city..

Citta Slow city..A nice atmosphere and a nice experience among old hanok buildings. The only downside is that there are too many tourists so it doesn't seem like a slow city. You should eat Jeonju Bibimbap! and drink traditional drink "Moju!
